    Calling cell phone have never been on their website. Have no desire to have them call me. They are constantly changing call information I have had 6 calls in the last few hours. They deserve a minus 10

    Accident Helpline follows strict protocols and does not reach out to individuals more than a couple of times per day. Additionally, if we do not hear back from someone within a week, we do not attempt to contact them further. If you are receiving more frequent calls, it may be a scam operation posing as us, which we are actively working to stop.
    If you could provide any phone numbers or details from the calls you've been receiving, it would greatly help us in our efforts to investigate and ensure that no one else is impacted by these fraudulent calls.     This company should not get any rating. They are harassing my parents every 10 minutes. They call from different numbers each time. I have repeatedly and politely ask them to stop. My parents are leaving their phone off the hook and that is very dangerous for elderly people. Would like this harassment to stopped.

    I have not been in a wreck for 10 plus years these people keep calling me. I have asked to be put on the do not call list and all they do is hang up. Please get them to stop

Unfortunately, there is a scam operation that has been illegally using our name to contact people, and we are actively working to track them down and stop them.
    We are a legitimate organization that has been helping people in the Pacific Northwest recover from auto accidents for over 20 years, and it’s deeply frustrating to see scammers creating confusion like this. If you have any information that could help such as the phone numbers that called you, the names they used, or any other details please send them over.     I was involved in an auto accident that was 100% the other guy's fault. But apparently that's not bad enough; now I've got these guys trying to contact me (5 attempts already) out of the blue. My number is on national and state do-not-call lists, but that's insufficient to stop Accident Helpline.
    Their website, on the "CONTACT US" page, lists phone numbers, including the one used to contact me (repeatedly). Interestingly, it does not say anything about where they are located. Legit businesses give you at least a mailing address.
