    I opened a dermatology practice in ******** ** in June of 2023. I am a dermatology certified nurse practitioner and did everything required to open a legitimate business. It was not an easy endeavor, and I ultimately had to give up, largely because I was tricked into, and mislead, to get me to purchase this laser that was very expensive and the company that used very aggressive sales techniques did not come through on any of their promises. Now, I spent almost two-hundred thousand dollars on this laser and can not get it sold for even twenty thousand dollars. It ruined my business providing health care to very deserving people in the *********** area. I could in no way cover the monthly cost of this laser with the amount of money I could bring in from providing health care, and the laser brought in almost no money at all. The salesmen were extremely aggressive and lied about how they would help me market the laser and lied about how in demand the laser would be. The salesmen stated that they would give my business $54,000 for advertising, but then provided only a ******** campaign through a company named *****. This company brought us no business. They were sending us leads and then made us call the lead from our business. Whenever we tried to call their leads we were treated like we were very unwelcome sales people and one of the people we tried calling flat out told us that she clicked on the not interested button. There was an outrageous finance charge on the contract that I swear was never disclosed to me. I would never have signed this contract if I had been able to see these numbers. The contract is uploaded into this complaint. This is a bad business that ruined my good business and I feel lucky did not destroy my marriage as my husband, who was a part of the business, was so upset with me for falling for the lies they told us.

    ***** ******* sold me Reveal Laser under false pretenses - failed to give me the sales$$ rebate promised to me, failed to provide ANY SUPPORT, fired all employees who were assigned to assist me, etc. Though there is no official closing of the company, there are no answers to texts, emails, or phone calls at all for REVEAL Lasers.

    In January 2025 I places a $30,000 deposit for an Attica device from ******************. At the time of the original order, I was assured the deposit was fully refundable. I have that in writing and in text messages. Less than one week later I cancelled the order due to family health isssues requiring my time and requested a refund. After repeatedly emailing, texting and attempting to call (they never answer the phone or return messages), I was forced to open a credit card dispute which is still not resolved. I received a text message from. Y sales rep,stating that because I opened a dispute the ********** would be refunding the money. However, on the initial response by reveal lasers back to the **********, they stated deposits were not refundable (illegal), and the dispute remains open as I have provided all the documentation to the **********. Since then, I have been contacted by the owner of the Attica device ********************** was distributing, and I was informed ****** has severed their relationship with Reveal, and furthermore, Reveal Lasers has collected over $1.2 million dollars in deposits, but has never once even placed an order with Attica. I have also opened a case with the New Hampshire States Attorney General, as this was the location I was dealing with.

    I purchased a laser from Reveal on 10/28/2024. I was promised intense support to market and sell laser packages. There has been little to no support. I worked with aesthetic influence for 2 months, but he quit working with me on month 3 because he was owed money from Reveal. I have reached out time and time again only to get messages back "I will check with finance". I was promised a $21K rebate check and I have only received $6K of this. There is zero communication from the salesman, *** ****** and the marketing specialist. I am a small business. I work alone and have been trying to build this business from the ground up. Mr ****** comes into my MedSpa over 5 times to try and get me to buy this laser. Reluctantly, I agreed and signed the paperwork. I was told I would have three months deferment, which was taken away the next week. Mr. ****** said he "made a mistake". Unfortunately, had I known I was not going to get everything in the contract, I never would have bought the laser. The payment on this laser is $3500/month. The rebate check was to pay off one other machine I have (Diamond Glow) so I would only have to worry about the large monthly payment of the laser.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Reveal ********* regarding an unresolved payment issue for services rendered on November 6th, 2023. On that date, I performed an AgeJet aesthetic treatment at our practice, ***********************, for a potential client of Reveal Laser, and for the Reveal representative, ****** *******, who was trying to sell an AgeJet device to the client. During the treatment, I shared my personal experience with the device, showed before and after photos, and allowed the client to observe the treatment ********** per the agreement, I was promised a payment of $500 for allowing the demonstration, using our products, and dedicating our time. Additionally, I was promised a further $2,500 payment contingent upon the client purchasing the AgeJet device. The client did, in fact, make the purchase, and this was documented in internal paperwork with Reveal Laser LLC.I have text message records and other documentation confirming the agreed amount and transaction. After the meeting, ****** informed me that it could take ***** days for the bank to process the loan related to the device purchase, at which point we would receive our compensation check.Despite following up several times through texts, emails, and even involving the CEO of Reveal *********, **** **********, I have not received any payment. The CEO initially responded to my first email but has since failed to respond to any further communications. I have provided clear proof of our agreement, including texts between myself and ******, and documentation of the transaction, but I have yet to receive the agreed-upon compensation.The lack of payment is causing financial strain on our practice, as we incurred costs for the use of our products and my time performing the treatment for the potential client. I believe we are entitled to the compensation that was promised to us, and I am requesting immediate resolution and payment for the agreed-upon amount.

    On 10/26/23, I purchased an AgeJET nitrogen plasma workstation. It was received in November. Shortly after, I begin to have problems with it showing multiple error codes and blowing fuses. This tips would not fire. They are about $500 each. They would send replacement tips and ask me to send videos and pictures which I did. I would have patients on the table with half of their face treated and would have to send them home like that if it didn't start working again. They eventually had to order me a new one which took over a month to get. I had to cancel patients. The ones who were partially treated had to wait. I lost 10s of thousands in revenue while I waited on the new device. Once it arrive, all the same problems kept happening with it. They said they extended my warranty for 3 years instead of 2 but then the service **** said they had no knowledge of that. They would send tips but now they are saying they won't send anymore unless I buy more. I have 4 that will not work. They sent a tech out to replace a cable. That did not work. They now say it may the handpiece and it's on backorder. I have had nothing but problems out of TWO $170k machines and I do not want to be stuck with non-working equipment when my warranty runs out. The financing is another issue. I recently looked to see how much I owe on it and it's now $40k more that I even purchased it for so they have added all the accrued interest or something on the back end and I'm sure charging me interest on that full amount! I've emailed everyone at Reveal that I have an email for (8 people including VPs) many times and included my attorneys on the emails. They refuse to get back to me.

    On August 22nd 2022 I purchased a laser device from ********************** laser. I gave them a deposit of *********. I was told I would have the device by October. October came and went as did November and December. In December I cancelled my order with reveal. Come to find out they couldn't legally sell the device they sold me as it is not *** approved. I noticed they have now removed the device from their website. By law as I have the right to cancel my order for any reason before it is delivered to my place of business and they by law are supposed to return my deposit. I have reached out to them with no avail. I have reached out to my bank who says it's not fraud since I gave them a check for the deposit. I am hoping you can help me! I gave this company literally every dime I had saved. This has put me in a bit of financial distress as a single mom and sole provider of 3 children. I am ever so grateful for any help you can provide. Also my deposit was supposed to be refunded once the device was delivered so the fact they have yet to give it back is more upsetting.
