    I submitted a purchase to BXBuilt on 10/4/2022 for $595 for auto parts that had a lead time or ***** weeks. In March of 2023 I reached out to the vendor and had trouble getting a response. I did some research on social media and other industry vendors mentioned that the vendor had closed its doors. I tried calling the vendor and emailing them again. I placed several calls to Valley *********** customer service requesting a dispute, refund or charge back. All my attempts to resolve my responsibility for this charge through Valley Strong and **** have been unsuccessful as the dispute period had passed. I also reached out to the state of Nevadas Attorney General and ********** of ******** and Industry ***********************. From their correspondence, I received a statement from the business owner suggesting that I file a chargeback with your credit/debit card company, PayPal and/or Square. We are not disputing any chargebacks that have been filed against BX Built, to help facilitate the fastest possible refund." Thus far, the ********** of ******** and Industry *********************** has been most helpful regarding my issue. As of 7/11/2023 I have not seen a refund on my credit card. I do not want to be responsible for the charge of $595 that I am neither getting a product/service for, nor a refund for thus far.

    I placed an order on Febuary 27th for $1,623 worth of custom headlights. I had been speaking to the man running the phone lines, as well as texting and emailing, for 2 weeks before completing my order, which went through on the 27th, with confirmation he received it. I have an order number (#*****), a bank statement, and an emailed recipt of the items I ordered. On march 1st the parts I sent him to modify were dropped off at the store front. On March 10th I found the buissness is permanently closed on ******* and the owner released a statement on Instagram confirming his closure of the store. I would like to recoup the money I paid if he will not be finishing the job. I have no communication with the company, as well as hundreds of others who had open orders. None of the phone numbers or emails are connected as the website has been deactivated and by today the store no longer appears on ****** maps. I have 2 addresses that are confirmed to be where he was located last week. The one listed is the location I sent parts to. ***************************************************************************************************

    I purchased custom retrofit headlights for a **** 4Runner from BxBuilt on April 1, 2022 for $624.08. After countless emails back and forth and extended wait times and problems I never received those lights or anything for that matter, no refund or anything. I believe they just went out of business or went under. Im looking for a refund, my hard earned money should be refunded because I paid for a product and never received it.

    Ordered headlights January of 2022. Emailed several times waiting for a response that was always late or slow to come. The headlights I ordered took a year to arrive. When they arrived they did not work. I sent the headlights back and asked for my money back. Now I don't have headlights or my money and can't get a hold of anyone at the company. No response on our email thread, no one will pick up the phone.

    Ordered custom headlights on june 10, 2022 with additional add on order dated june 24, 2022 with total amount of $643. I knew these orders takes several months and they said quote we are better and faster now so I placed my orders. After promises that I should be receiving my orders Nov 2022 nothing happened then they told me Dec 2022 nothing happened and now we are in Jan 2023 and they said I should have it by the week of Jan 9th 2023 and still until now nothing. They are giving me the run around, not returning my email nor not picking up my phone calls. On my last email I told them that I just want my money back since they couldnt keep their promises and fact it theyre giving me the run around. It has been 7 long months and until now I still have not receive my orders.Please help I just want my money back and purchase my custom headlights to other companies.Thank you

    I cannot get a refund from this merchant. This is not consistent with their return policy.******,Your website says no refunds on custom headlights, nothing about kits. If you had clearly stated that kits were not refundable I would not have made this purchase. As I said, all I did was take them out of the package and look at them.Your terms: All headlights are custom built to order.     I purchased a set of retrofitted headlights from BX Built in April of 2021. Given the Covid 19 Pandemic, inventory began to dry up and headlights were becoming more and more difficult to secure, understandably so. That being said I attempted to cancel in July of 2021, but my request went unaddressed. Instead I got a response discussing adding additional features and so I opted to rescind my request to cancel. Several months later in December of 2021 and *************************** from BX Built indicated there were supply chain issues. In March of 2022, I followed up yet again, but was assured things were right around the corner, they were being built. May of 2022, lights still have not shipped. July lights are delayed once again. September, lights will ship 2-3 weeks. November of 2022, repeatedly inquired with no response. This business appears to have initially acted in good faith, but has now become evasive and repeatedly misled me about the status. I am seeking a resolution for this matter in the form of a full refund in the amount of $1,128.79

    I made my first transaction with BX Built on 3/22/22 for the amount of $648.00, order # *****. I was told at the time of my order, that the lead time for the headlights were 22 weeks. I once that timeframe passed, I contacted BX Built for an update on my order. I was told that product was still on back order. I the made another purchase from them for $500 on 6/30/22, order # *****. This was to be added onto my initial order. I contacted BX Built once more in October about the status of my orders and they told me 6-8 weeks. I have since requested a refund due to them not providing me with my items and am no longer receiving a response from the business. I have reached out to a ************** where several members of that group have experienced similar issues that I am having. So, my original order was: ***** placed on 3/24/22 with 22 week lead time 1st gen ************** with Switchback or RGB Halos - $598 plus tax = $648. My second order to be added onto my first order: ***** placed on 6/30/22 RGB Controller - NEOPIXEL RGB bluetooth controller - $80 RGB, Switchback or Sequential LED Strips - $200 Front and Rear RGB Chasing Neopixel Halos (add on to full builds) - $200 Total after tax: $500 Total $ spent when combining both orders: $1148.00. BX Built was supposed to assemble these headlights with the options that I chose and shop them out to me.
