    I have been going there for over 10 years. Saving the proof of purchase (12) you get 1 free. Now they don't take the proofs so they told me we don't do that anymore they have to be scanned into their system. So they wouldn't take them. One, the girls had no idea what I was trying to do. I have the envelope they gave me to save the barcodes from each bag of dog food. Couldn't get the boss or owner on the phone to fix the issue or would they do anything to fix the issue. No help or effort on their part at all. This is not the first time. Yelp is going to get my complaint.
