    Freedom masonry replaced my back wall last year. They hit my wall by my gate and broke the concrete. They have been putting me off for a year now and have stopped taking my calls. They also verbally told me they would fix some small holes in my north wall. I did not have writing on that but I do want my gate wall repaired. You are my last choice before I contact a lawyer.     Good day. Hi yes the complaint issue was resolved. What had happened is we had the original scope of building a 100 x 6 cmu wall. While we were there we saw the ************* had a cmu pillar that needed fixing and we told him verbally that we could fix it for him at no extra charge but that hed have to wait until we had time to come back to fix it. So hed call saying if we could go but at the time we were slammed with jobs. We eventually freed up and went and fixed the cmu pillar at no extra charge. But yes the issue got resolved.
