    I placed an order #**** on October 6th. When ordered I was informed it would be shipped in 2 days. This business does not have a contact phone number only an email which indicates takes 2-3 days to respond. I sent an emailing inquiring about the ***** dollar kids Chucky costume on 10/17, 10/18 and 10/20 without a response at all. Their shipping information is through some SHOP app which again provides no updated information. I dont know how to contact them further to get a refund considering its been 18 days from the original purchase date and I needed it by 10/25 in which I ordered in an adequate amount of time. They processed and took my money and I did not receive the product nor a response from the company.

    My mother, ordered a Halloween costume from their website for my daughter. The order was placed on 8/31. On 9/12 I was notified that the package was delivered to my home address. I called *** immediately and was asked to verify my address. I gave them my home address and asked what address it was delivered to. I was advised that the address the merchant provided was not the same address I gave, even though that was the address I provided at checkout. I contacted the merchant 3x's by email with no response. I want my money refunded and this business listed as fraudulent.

    Hi,

    All I have is the *** shipment slip that states where the package originated.  Otherwise, I am unable to locate this company's address. I was advised by *** that the shipping address I gave them was not the address given to them by the Company!

    Good morning,

    My mother used Zip (pay by 4) to pay for the item. I attached their info. I also received an email yesterday with a coupon and the address is at the bottom on the 2nd page. Please let me know if you need anything else.
