    DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY SONS COSTUME ITS BEEN SINCE OCT WE ARE NOW IN DEC . I’ve made disputes with my bank and they keep charging my card which is disgusting to me cause I never received my package and not even that I emailed them over 20 times

    SCAM!!!
    I placed an order for a BettleJuice costume for which they advertised fast delivery before halloween. Numerous emails were sent to company as I had not received shipping information by day 4. No response and I never received item. I reported to my bank after I found out website was no longer available. Such cruel people out there!

    Hi reached out to this company 3 times and no one ever contacted me back. I was promise to have my grandbaby costume on 10/25 and we never received it. I don't have $66.02 to just be giving away. Now the website is shut down.

    Scam!!
    This place is an absolute scam. I ordered a 0-3 months beetlejuice costume for my newborn on the 23rd of October. Received a receipt but nothing more. The order was expected to be received the 26th no later than the 28th. The 26th came but I never received anything. So I went to the website to track my order but there hadn’t been any updates since the date of purchase. Then I sent an email to two different emails they had listed on their website asking for an update as well as a tracking number. Never got a response. By the 28th, the website url was no longer accessible. I tried yet again to send an email except this time it came back as the email didn’t exist. At that point I had to get ahold of my bank and dispute the charges. Everyone that’s been scammed had went to ******, ******, and ******** to warn other of the site/company.
    This same company is also on ****, ******, and lemon6 with little to no reviews.

    Appears to be a fake business. I ordered a costume for my daughter on 10/22/24, even received a confirmation email. I emailed several times asking for updates and received no response. The website is now no longer up and the email now blocking all messages. I am really frustrated with myself that I fell for this.

    I placed an order on 10/15. Order was to arrive by 10/21. When order didn’t arrive on 10/24, I sent an email to the company asking for an update. No reply. I emailed again on 10/28, no reply. The shipment info link errored out and the website is shut down. To date (11/4) I still have not received communication about the order, nor have I received the item I paid for. I reported this purchase to my credit card company. I was scammed.

    I wish I would have checked BBB prior to ordering. I was stolen from by Haven & Hartley. I’ve been waiting for days to hear an update from them. I’ve emailed. Our costume NEVER arrived. This company is a scam.

    This is a fraudulent company can’t get ahold of them ordered a costume and can’t get ahold of company order number comes up unknown. DO OT ORDER FROMTHIS COMPANY!

    I ordered a Harley Quinn costume for my daughter spent almost 60$ and they advertised “order by the 26th to receive by Halloween “ well I ordered the 25th and it still hasn’t shipped nor been delivered . Tomorrow is Halloween and my poor baby girl has no costume . I emailed multiple times more than 7 times and not one response. Sad scandal company, really scamming people .
