    This business is a scam, I ordered I Halloween costume first week of October 2024
    They never sent a tracking number
    And haven’t shipped the item. I emailed them four times already and they have not responded. There is no other way to get in contact with anyone from that website. I have tried looking for them on ******** and on ********* and no luck. I have requested a refund several times and they have not got back to me. Do not buy from this business.

    I ordered a shrek halloween costume for my daughter and not only did it not arrive, they charged me and then deactivated their website and social media.

    I ordered two costumes, a Jessie’ and a Buzz Lightyear, as our family is doing a Toy Story group costume together. I ordered my costume on October 21st and it said arrival October 23. I sent an email after the 23rd to see an estimated day of arrival since I got no tracking number. I didn’t receive a reply but the next day I got an email that it was shipped. It has been 4 days and I still haven’t received anything. There is no number to call and they don’t respond to email. I then started research and apparently this is happening to everyone. Do NOT order from here, this place may be a scam.

    Placed order on 10/21/24. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Phone is disconnected, email is invalid and website has disappeared. Should have known better to purchase off of social media.

    If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I ordered a Halloween costume for our 4 year old daughter that never arrived. They had no problem accepting payment for it, but clearly had one when it came to actually fulfilling the order. I attempted to contact the company twice via email, (since no other contact info is available) and of course, I never received a reply. They should not be allowed to continue their scam of a business. It’s shameful.

    Was guaranteed to have my daughter’s costume by 10/26. It’s 10/29 with no costume. Customer service email doesn’t work. Nobody will respond. Website needs to shut down

    Haven and Hartley don’t even deserve a 1. I order a cabbage patch costume for my daughter on the 8th and it was supposed to arrive by the 16th. I’ve sent multiple emails and no response. I left a review on the website and it was removed. Never order from this place. The reviews that you see on the website are probably as fake as the company is.

    I ordered a halloween costume for my daughter on 10/20 that was guaranteed for delivery for 10/25-10/26. The item has not been shipped and I have sent 2 emails with no reply. The company does not have phone number to contact either. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.
