    Pls, help me resolve RTC's money saving ( on drivers/busses), having disabled ppl on the bus for over 2 hours, (max by protocol is 90 minutes) as they shedilrd 3 of us at 1.30 - doctors , I was late ( they are rude on the phone, never compensate with lyft rides , after being am hour late( pick up window is 30 minutes), they mess up addresses, internal complaints are a joke as they never admit to non working ACs in over 100 F in the desert. The lady, next to me was also on the bus for 2.5 hours( elderly, disabled). I asked for lyft rides as they have this option, yet, was denied it all, despite them, being late and sheduling 3 of us at 1.30 PM. They dont care that we are humans, on disability as they get us on the bus and have tons of pick **** drop offs, not folowing protocol. Rude agents. Saving on drivers/busses_never compensate for any suffering, like non workinh AC/ Hour late pickups/wrong addresses, sheduling a lot of us at the same apptm. time. Never admit to any wrongs , answering internal complaints or ignoring them, if you ask for compensation. Theu will ignore, regardless of ADA ***********

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I called the business, after recieving your reply, where they claim, that they left a massage. I spoke to ****** at a complaint line. He would not let me talk.

    I stated, that I did not get any voice messages and asked him to let me talk.

    He aaked for my info and HANGED UP THE PHONE.

    EARLIER TODAY, I WAS WAITING FOR A BUS FOR OVER AN HOUR, YET, IT NEVER CAME TO PICK ME UP FROM 8.10 TO 8.40 FOR A 9 AM APPTM WITH A DOCTOR, I WAS WAITING FOR FOR 6 MONTHS. 

    I KEPT CALLING AND GOT HANG UP AFTER HANG UP.

    I CALLED MTM, THEY STATED THAT ITS RTC, WHO MADE A MISTAKE, NOT MTM.

    RTC CONTINUES TO SHIFT BLAME ON MTM AS MTM DOES THE SAME WITH RTC.

    I MISSED MY DOCTOR THIS MORNING AS MTM CANCELLED MY RIDE THIS MORNING WITH RTC AND SENT ME LYFT, AFTER 9 AM. THE RIDE IS ABOUT 25 MIN UTES. I WAS LATE AND NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY EVER TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY AS THEY REFUSED TO TAKE A COMPLAINT WITHIN THE COMPANY EARLIER ( OVER THE PHONE). 

    IS THERE ANY OTHER PLACE, THEY COULD BE REPORTED FOR INVESTIGATION, HANG *** BY  RUDE AGENTS.

    AS A MANDATED REPORTER WITH COURTS, UNDER MY DOCTORATE IN PSYCHOLOGY, BEFORE SUFFERONG A TUMOR IN MY HEART/DISABILITY- I AM GETTING VERY SICK, BEING YELLED AT AND HANGED UP AS THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND SAVE MONEY ON EXTRA DRIVERS ( SHEDULED 3 OF US AT 1.30.     I spoke to ***** ********* for about an hour.

    Nothing was resolved.

    He shifts blame on MTM( they scheduled a ride correctly abd were able to read it back to me), he " shuts me up" when I bring up other lady, suffering on their bus, bext to me ( for 2.5 hours- elderly and disabled), yet- he makes me aware, that its not.going to be discused as ge will only talk about ME. Yet, when I asked for lyft on demand ( program they offer through RTC) fir 2 months- he denied it all as I do not qualify or deserve anything. All is the same. What waa the point of wasting over an hour, to listen to a managers, who hires stuff, that yells, harasses, discriminates and rudely hangs up the phone ( at internal complsint line)  lecture me yet agsin if there is NOTHING, I deserve, qualify aa a compensation on his part. They treat disabled ppl like trash. Everything in my initial complaint needs to be investigated with higher authorities as I am ordered to " ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF" when I also tried to bring up the lady , who waa stuck on their bus for 2.5 hours ( by protocol- its no longer than 90 minutes). In the meantime, I will keep using this horrid, unetical company, that discriminates/harasses/denies any wrongdoing or any compensation via lyft on demand , etc- as they do not care to introduce their yelling stuff to any *** or etchics.

    I will seek further assistance for my Civil rights violation as well as ongojng violation of ***.

    I will continue to use their horrid services /hot vans with no working AC in the mean time as the manager finds nothing wring with his actions. I am denied lyft on demand as a compensation for pain and suffering due to everythong, written above. In my initial complaint. I will not make internal complaints with them any longer, to avoid the yelling and hang *** as this is what they practice , despite ***.

    On October 14th, *** did not send me a transportation, as I was waiting outside for an hour, in desert heat.

    Their app showed that the bus will come about an hour past their 30 minites window. MTM cNcelled it on my behalf as ***, along with *** continue with denial of " Medical need" sent by Doctor ( atrached) and requested by Medicaid supervisor. They want more money, despite their protocol to accomodate medical need ( ******** , disabled patients) they do not provide any private vehicle , despite me, being immunocompromised abd having heart failure/CIDP , as written at Doctors letter- level of need. Their Dodge vans have 3 digits heat in the desert and , as long as its 10 degrees less than outside, per me, recording a conversatuon with RTC driver- its " Good enough". I posted that in ******* as this inhumane treatment of disabled population by a billion dollar corporation- keeping us in 110F for 2 hours ( all Dodge vans only have AC for a driver, not passengers). They care less, as long as they make billions, to provide any accomodations /human conditions in the desert heat of 120 F. Its gruesome company with rude hang *** and refusal to accomodate any level of need, written by PCP. See attached.

    All complaibts within RTC are never reaolved and my request to accomodate *** * level of need) is denied. See attached.

    On top of not showing up within 30 minutes window , RTC keeps us, on disability in inhumane conditions * see video conversation with a driver, stating that  its " Good Enough" for a billion dollar cirporation- RTC , to keep senior/disabled, protected class on their Dodge vans, without any AC for passengers * they only have AC for a driver). It gets to 110F in Laa Vegas heat inside Dodge vans, yet, RTC cares less to keep me on that van for 2 hours, as long as its 10 degrees less than outside * 120F in brutal desert heat). On what legal grounds RTC thonks, that such inhumane conditions are " Good Enough" for us? Denying me " level of need" * spoke to supervisor, *****, who stated, that I do NOT qualify for any silverride or **** on demand, regardless of any medical letters , sent by my PCP * immunocompromised, CIDP, Heart failure, after heart tumor was removed in 2021. I refuse to be treated like human trash any longer as this is violation of *** and Civil rights, title 6 * 1964). Those Vans - Dodge are NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGAS HEAT AS THEY ONLY HAVE AC FOR A DRIVER, NOT FOR US. Governer should be aware of such cruelty towards protected class as people on those vans are severely disabled, not able to speak for themselves. I studied law and ethics, hold **** in Psychology and , after new disabikity - it has been nothing short of CORPORATE GREED, HANG **** NEGLUGENCE AND FALSE PROMISES TO FIX ANYTHING AS THEY IGNORE MY COMPLAINTS WITHIN THE COMPANY OR LIE, THAT THOSE VANS ARE " JUST FINE". I CANCEL MY IMMUNOTHERAPY, AS ITS INHIMANE, TO BE IN SUCH HEAT FOR 2 HOURS. DRIVERS APOLOGIZE. COPRORATION CONTINUES TO VIOLATE ***.

    ****** RTC manager* will NOT accomodare to any " medical need" as I am sent to MTM transportation.I wrote this complaint to Governor ******** and will leave it here as it includes RTC as well.

    They will do " Nothing" as always * yet* I will leave it here as ***** lies* that he only has " Busses"* no other means of transport as he has silver ride*  Lyft on demand* etc.

    RTC saves on dusabled population* fushing for better coverage* in order to provide better servises* despite their written protocols* just as MTM.

    My name is ******* ****** and I am reaching out to your office* due to ongoing* severe* discriminatory harassment* negligence if requested by my Doctor's "medical need"* violation of **** ongoing lies* ignorance of all written grievances and illegal denial of "appeal" - on behalf of *** (REGIONAL DIRECTOR- ****** ******* CEO- ***** *****).

    MY  "medical need"  was FAXED and recieved by ******************************** on September 27th* 2024.
    They had 5 days to process and reply.
    They made a promise to reply per protocol. Within 5 days ( to a Medicade* customer care Supervisor* ****** *****)* who told me* that they will be reaching back within 5 days ( Oct. 3d?)
    Yet* no one at *** medical transportation on ******** level ever reached back* despite their false * written promises to follow 5 days protocol.
    They continued to ignore me as I continued to reach back out to ****** ****** who kept telling me to reach out to Governor* as there is nothing* he* personally can do with this ignorance on their part* provided me with ********'s contact.

    Ignored " LEVEL OF MEDICAL NEED"  was sent to MTM transportation via " medical need" Fax* privided by MTM supervisor.
    It was sent by my PCP* ********* ***** stating that the patient* ******* ****** can not take RTC busses* due to being diagnised ( at least a year post RTC certification) as immunocompromised (currently on agressive immunosupressive therapy* via immunoglobulin infusions/holair injections)* Congestive Heart Failure  (post rare tumor removal from my Aortic Valve* via open heart surgery ( two heart surgeries took place -  2021 and 2022)* and CIDP (CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY* DEMILIATING POLYNEUROPATHY) -also since Sept.2023 * post RTC certification and -  due to severe Radiation injury at ***************** which resulted in permanent* debilitating nerve damage/pain (CIDP is a rare* extremely painful* neurological disorder* and is confirmed by neurological Biopsy* sent to MTM Transportation* along with Doctors " leve of need" * asking to accomodate me to my doctors apointmenrs via private vehicles* which are widely used by MTM*for "********" recipients* written in their and ********  protocol* yet* completely denied to me ). 

    All my medical needs* that ******* requested MTM to "accomodate" for me are completely denied to me by NV MTM - Regional Director*-  ****** ******* who* I believe*  continues to discriminate ( based on my National origin/disability)* as she  yelled over the phone*  that she " cares less" for any disabilities or doctors requests to MTM*  there are "NO *** MEDICAL NEEDS IN NV"* and "I will continue to ride RTC paratransit busses* ( RTC paratransit* different transportation company  purchased a lot if Dodge vans * that are not at all suitable for humans* in our desert heat* due to absence of AC for disabled passengers* as their Dodge vans* RTC paratransit operates fir disabled population-  only have AC for drivers* NOT for passengers and drivers openly share this with me* while keepimg me on those busses for over two hours* in inhumane conditions as our **************; Desert Summer heat  gets to 110F inside the van* where disabled * fragile population is kept for over 2+ hours* despite 90 minutes* max* per their protocol.

    As stated above- those conditions are inhumane and those vans should not be used* as medical transportation for disabled population * having non existant AC for passengers in desert heat of 120 F.
    This summer ( 2024) was brutally hot. 
    I previously wrote complaints in regards to MTM negligence* denial of all services* lies* misheduling of dates/adressess and ignorance of all complaints to " we care" - to BBB and consumer protection agency in ************** 

    After those complaints* retaliation/targeting of me  started.

    ****** ****** (NV MTM Regional director) immediately  started to inflict more retaliatory punishments on me by throwing me off ************** * by blocking my MTM link* as this billion dollar a year corporation saves on office staff and has their agents* working from home* mischeduling our dates and addresses* not having any access to needed ( for distance verification) fax mashines* etc. 

    Aa stated above*- MTM* a Billion dollar a year Company of BROKERS* saves on everything* I strongly belive* commits insurance fraud* at the cost of disabled and fragile population lives* as MTM denies me my lawful APPEAL*  ignored over 20 lawful complaints with their  " WE CARE" COMPLAINT DEPTM.* (THEY lied to ******** supervisor* in writing* that I * myself* denied all their services* therefor I am denied lawful appeal. 
    None of it is remotely true abd ****** ****** ******** supervisor at customer care* stated* that they sent him emails with appeal denial (MRM sends nothing me* as they should)*
    Their emails* denying me services and APPEAL are full of lies* as he  reads it back to me over the phone and gives me Governors contact for assistance as* according to him* such " targeting" never happend in years of his work for ******** and there is " nothing he can do"* so* he* too* started hanging up the phone* while ignoring my calls/messages. Therefor* I do not know any longer* if they are denying me my " Level of need" together as they do not want to pay for my transportation to doctors* as requested in Dictors letter* with diagnoses* mantioned above.
     
    ****** ****** ( NV regional director) continues to ignore my emails* inflicting more and more pain and suffering on me* as I am trying to survive rare tumor removal from my heart* ( I was unable to even walk for over a year*) yet* she gladly  denies my doctor all my medical level of need ( yelling at me over the phone after I finally googled her contact* ( MTM corporate contact is available on their website)* after being illegally  ignored by MTM transportation level of need deptm. For over 3 weeks.

    They had 5 days to reply* via MTM protocol* per ********  FFS customer care supervisor* ****** *****.( very limited ******** for ppl on disability)

    ****** ****** yelled at me*  that she cares less for any " medical need" * as she has another 7000 ppl* that " also might want disability accomodations"* as she rudely hanged up the phone* and* as stated above- 
    DENIES ME LAWFUL APPEAL/ ESCALATED ME TO HER LEGAL/FRaud  DEPTM* WITHOUT ANY LEGAL MATTERS* in retaliation* and TWO+ MONTHS AGO * MTM Legal deptm. BLOCKED MY MTM LINK ( i used it for mileage reimbursement* till my personal car broke down* mid August) 

    *.****** also IGNORES ABOUT 20 LAWFUL COMPLAINTS (WITH PROVIDED BY " WE CARE" * MTM* INTERNAL Complaints NUMBERS).
    SHE  "SINGLED ME OUT"* FOR MY LAWFUL COMPLAINING TO BBB-  I EXERSIZED  MY CIVIL RIGHT TO COMPLAIN).

    She also  sent me her calendar with Ukranian letters and it makes me believe* that my national origin ( I was granted US citizenship in early 90s* as an extraordinary alien* for two international film and music awards in *********** as USA welcomed me into this country)* yet*  I was born to Russian mother and Ukranian Jewish father ( both deceased. I am US citizen for 33 years and have nothing to do with ongoing war between ****** and *******.)

    Miss ****** * most likely* has Ukranian roots and* due to present war - discriminates* targets me* based on my national origin as my US neighbors  are easily accomodated by her* providing them with private ********* rides to  their medical doctors* due to disabilities* also on ********* (my plan* FFS is the first one* written* as Accepted in her MTM/********  ptotocol* seen online * yet* agressively denied to me as I am always asked for a " better plan/more money* by her brokers* as MTM is not about helping disabled population** yet- they are about getting more money from ******** supplemented ********- which is written nowhere in their MTM protocol* yet* this is how the company makes a Billion dollars per year* yet* keeps disabled* immunocompromised patients with Heart Failure and severe CIDP immune neuropathy on 110F RTC vans for 2+ hours* by denying us requested " level of need" as their brokers want " a better plan"* despite written protocols* they do not follow.)

    MS.****** also LIED IN WRITING( TO MEDICAID SUPERVISOR* ****** *****)* THAT I HAD A SHEDULED BROKER "IN HOME VISIT" ON OCTOBER 7TH* 2024* WHICH I * SUPPOSEDLY * REFUSED MYSELF. THE LIES ARE ONGOJNG AS SHE DENIES ME APPEAL* SHIFTING ALL BLAME ON ME* YET* I HAVE BEEN COLDBLOODEDLY ignored AND NOT ONE REPLY OR LETTER OF DENIAL EVER SENT TO ME. SHE KEEPS ME lIMBO* yet* ALL SERVISES ARE DENIED WITHOUR ANY POSSIBILITY OF APPEAL.

     I publicly asked her broker* ******** to stop shaming me infront if 4 nurses in regards to any recordings* asked to accomodate * per their written protocols and provided " level of need".
     
    He angrily left with a promise to call back the next day*after speaking with his boss* ****** ****** -  yet* as expected*  never called me* per ****** ****** direction* never sent any letters* just ongoing * painful* illegal ignorance* makung me very sick with worsening medical conditions* mentioned above.

     MY HEART FAILURE IS GOTTEN REALLY  BAD* AS I AM KEPT ON RTC VANS* FOR OVER 2 HOURS* WITH 110F inside ( all summer)* denied all lawful services and those " Hate crimes" are ongoing as ****************** and MTM-  violate my *** rights* civil rights ( title VI) and retaliates* by ongoing  infliction of more and more  pain and suffering*  by complete ignorance of all my complaints with MTM "we care" line. 
    They are supposed to reply to each* in writing.
     I am " targeted" to oblivion and am asking Mr.******** * NV Governor* for help and justice* as this Billion dollar a year corporation* **** - saves money on disabled* sick and fragile* while accumulating more wealth for their *************** of Brokers* only interested in money* by not practicing what they are preaching ( they want ********** supplement in order to provide private rides to doctors* as* that way*  they get more money* yet* only "********"  is what is written in their Protocol. 

    My plan for disabled ppl ( FFS) is the very first plan * written as "Accepted"* but money is all that matters to *** ( CEO - ***** *****) as human lives do not matter at all. 
    I used to be a mandated reporter/I hold **** in Clinical psychology ( helped many others* prior to heart tumor)* studied ethics and law in LA* and the magnitude of this inhumane* ongoing * discriminatory harassment of me* as well as denial of all "level of medical need"* requested by my doctor is gruesome and violates **** civil rights and anti discrimination act. 

    Insurance fraud us all* this company is agressively after* through  brokers* that lie and degrade in public* as it waa with me* on Oct.23d* at ***** AM ( Sansra ******** broker vusited my immunotherapy* via promised " resolution"* that resulted in another " Ignor"* lies to ****** ****** no promised* per protocol- answers or possibility of lawful Appeal* as he makes me look* like someone* who willfully denied him all services* when I only denied 110F RTC vans* per neglected by his boss/MTM "medical need"* recieved by them on Sept.27th* 2024* after a ling struggle* that is ongoing for me* as they continue to " target" and harass abd illegally deny me any disability accomodations via requested private rides to doctors* despite me* being on immunosupressive * immunoglobulin infusions * with Heart Failure and CIDP. 

    Mr.********* please* assist me with their ongoing* discriminatory harassment as I am denied any Appeal* ( I wrote to hearings deptm. At Meficaid* they ignored all emails.)* on top of MTM lies and  ignorance of all my grievances with thrir internal " we care" -  complaint department* as I am painfully and coldbloodedly "punished"* for reaching out to BBB* after I lost a trip to UTA ( to see a heart surgeon)* due to  5+ months of negligence* lies and unwillingness to pay for my " out of state" trip by MTM.  

    After 5+ months of struggle* they rudely hanged up the phone at " ** care" line* and never* once*  sent me any resolution letters in regards to countless grievances with their own complaint deparrment" we care". 
    They are "instructed"  to never reply to my grievances* despite written protocol* in retaliation.

    Since I lost my car, in Auguat 2024, I am dealing with RTC/MTM.

    Both billion dollar corporations ignore every single written intermal complaint or internal discrimination complaint.

    They ignore laws, protocols and Doctors requests to accomodate " level of need".

    They keep us, on disability on busses for hours ( prorocol is 90 minutes), do not have working AC as their Dodge Ram  vans, full pf disabled ppl, get to 110F in desert heat, and they lie, that all is working great, when those vans should not be used in desert summer. Not for humans. 

    Pls, contact the press, to stop this horror abd corporate greed.
