    Bus never shows up on time IF IT SHOWS UP AT ALL. I live in Boulder City, the bus is supposed to run every 60 minutes. It only does that on good days, mist times though it seems to only run every 2 hours. Or their driver stops at the pass to take a 20 minute shit after already stopping for 30 minutes at the 7-11 on Utah Street (the big ginger on the 7 am bus). I've been late for work and unable to get home after work because the bus just doesn't show up. And to top it off they have new drivers with no support driving routes they don't know. Do better or start having the Boulder city bus run every 20.

    They have missed their own set pickup window by more than an hour multiple times. I have missed appointments and been left stranded. If I am picked up, I end up riding the bus for two to 3 hours. There is no compensation for being late, either. The can be rwo hours late but still collect fees or charge accounts. Where is the fairness in this?

    This company had made me late to appointments and work multiple times and abandoned me without a ride twice. They never show up on time and a 15 minute direct ride turns into a 2.5 bus ride to the edges of the city and back so they can rack up miles to get more non profit funding
