      They rescheduled multiple times and was advised my pup couldn’t be serviced after the first time. I have a small Yorkie. They serviced a cat next door and we attempted to reach out but had no answers or explanations

      They were right on time and very professional. They offer many services and what a great place to have take care of my baby Oreo came out with the most beautiful haircut and brush and clean. I loved it. They are great.

      I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. I am extremely dissatisfied by their service. I scheduled an appointment for my dog after another groomer did not show up. Furry land was able to get us in right away. They confirmed my appointment for today 1/24 on Friday 1/19. We waited and nobody showed up or returned my texts. I finally got ahold of the company’s customer service only for him to tell me the manager walked out on Friday (the day my appointment was confirmed) and they no longer had a business. The customer service offered no support or solution and left us once again in the dust. I am extremely mad over the fact that they confirmed my appointment and then proceeded to quit without giving the customer the decency of notice that they were not coming.

      0stars !! The complete shaved my cavapoo bald in the WINTER ! And sent my puppy threw SHOCK I hate you all DONT EVER COME HERE EVER !!

      Nothing but Price gauging and unprofessional service at best! I’ve used them 3 times on a small 7lbs ShiPooh and each time the price raised by more than 25.00. When I contacted customer services, they ran off pricing starting at 7500 by the time they finished a simple groom, no fancy cut because he didn’t have much hair to start, cleaned his nails and ears… this came to 160.00 and the customer service rep said it was taxes but have a good day! Run from this company I’ve never paid 150.00 for a simple grooming.. and to think, they tried to automatically rebook! This company is misleading, price gauging, unethical and has no concern for the people who patronize them. Save yourself and your pets, leave them in 2023! 2024 has no room for the disrespect and disregard for human and pet kindness just to up prices and lose loyal clients! Business ethics doesn’t exist with this company.

      If I could give a Zero star I would.
      I have a friend pet sitting my dog, he needed to be groomed so I called to inqu about there service. I was very detailed in asking about all charges and hidden charges and was assured the total would be $100.
      The tech came and groomed my dog and After she was done informed my friend that the cost was now $140. Saying he had some mats, which he barely had, also I inquired about that before booking as well and the fact he was being sheared all the way down and not brushed out and it doesn’t take extra effort to shear any small mats off. When I found out later the extra charge, I called and spoke to a manager named Will. Which in doing so we confirmed that the agent that booked the amount misinformed me and the groomer did not follow protocol & confirm the increase of $40 before starting the job. Regardless of both employees mistake, they would not refund the added charges. I asked to speak to his supervisor or the owner and was told, there is no one else to speak to. So I said, “so who hired you? obviously there has to be a hirer up or owner” which he responded there wasn’t. So I said, “so your telling me, if one of your groomers cut a dog’s artery and it had to be rushed to a animal hospital, you would have no one you would have to contact about the emergency“ he said, no, Id just file a report.
      To top it off, a $28 tip was added to my service, my friend said no tip was added on their part and had to be a mistake, Will would not reverse that portion of the charge either and said he had no way to.
      Told him I would be reporting the company to Better Business Bureau and he said go right ahead.
      Lies on top of lies and employees that don’t know company protocol & the custom is the one to suffer for their incompetence. Never have I ever had to pay $168 to have my dog groomed, unreal.
