    I had scheduled an appt. for my dog molly with Galaxy Mobile Grooming and spoke to Melissa. Not only was Melissa 30 min late to my scheduled appt., when she arrived I was shocked at what I saw. I was expecting a professional groomer with a uniform or some kind of clothing on that would show professionalism, instead I got hill billy trash! When I saw Melissa she was wearing very casual clothes, half her teeth were gone or rotting and I really couldn't understand what she was saying half the time. Then, when I spoke to her on the phone I specifically gave her all pertinent information to my dog Molly including her weight is is 75 lbs. Knowing how heavy she is, I had to literally pick her up myself, get into the van which was filthy by the way, then I had to lift her up above my shoulders to put her into the bathtub! I'm no groomer, but only a PROFESSIONAL, would have a damn ramp that can accommodate large breed dogs getting in and out of the vehicle and also a crane mechanism to lift the damn dogs up and down. And last but not least, I was charged $130 cash, not debit, cash for a simple bath, a trim and a deshedding and what I got for my money was appaling! When it came time to pay it was very uncomfortable because I was not given a receipt and it felt as though I was making a drug deal. My dog's fur was unevenly cut and its very noticeable when looking at her at the right angle. I usually go to PetSmart grooming and they do a way better job and for $50 less than what I paid in a clean PROFESSIONAL pet salon. I not only would like to see this resolved by getting my money refunded for the poor execution of the customer service and professionalism but I truly hope no one else gets duped into thinking that their pet is safe with any of those groomers from galaxy groomers.
