    This website falsely boasts of being "Accredited by all the State Boards" but clearly it is not. The course load reads like a 2nd grade reading level, unprofessional, not college based with case studies or critical thinking, as found in REAL nursing curriculum. Whoever put this sham together should be embarrassed. I just ordered their "30 unit" bundle today to get ready to renew my licenses later this year. Each course is pathetic. And I checked, it is not recognized or Accredited in any of my Licensed states. I am a travel registered nurse, holding RN and *** licenses in multiple states.

    ******* registered with Fast CE For Less to take nursing continuing education courses. Apparently she had some issues accessing the courses. Rather than contacting us for assistance she immediately filed a complaint with BBB. Below is our response to her email.

    You signed up 2-3 hours ago. If you were having difficulty accessing the courses you could have emailed us rather than sending your threatening email. Fast CE For Less is a reputable nursing CE provider. We will respond to the BBB and the *** as necessary. The refund has been issued and your account is closed!

    I attempted to purchase online courses to meet the continuing education requirements for my nursing license in **********. I purchased the wrong courses, and wanted a refund. I did not need nor attempt to take these courses. I had completed them all in a previous year. The company did not answer their contact phone number, despite several attempts that I made. I left several messages. They state in their FAQs that the will not give a refund. I wanted to enroll in current CE courses for this year, but I would need assistance from their customer service. They have not returned my calls.I would now like a full refund for the courses I could not take. The order # is ******.

    ****** ******* originally placed an order of $134.98 (order #******)on January 2, 2025.  ****** **** contacted Fast CE for Less via email on January 3, 2025, stating that he could not access his account and requested to be contacted by phone, however, he did not leave a phone number. Fast CE for Less responded to ****** via email and his account was activated at his request. He then sent another email requesting a refund,saying This is not what I wanted. Fast CE for Less replied back to ****** via email, stating that his account had been activated, and if he did not want to take the courses, his account would be cancelled,and a refund would be issued.  On January 3, 2025, ****** requested for the order ****** to be cancelled, and a refund for $134.98 was issued on January 3, 2025. ****** was contacted by email and notified on January 3, 2025, that the refund was issued. The refund was verified through ******. On January 4, 2025, ****** reregistered with Fast CE for Less and placed a new order for $28.49 (order #******). Between January 4, 2025,and January 11, 2025, ****** completed 11 courses with Fast CE for Less and received his certificates of completion to renew his license in **********. ******* account is active for full access with Fast CE for Less to all courses and state bundles from January 4, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
