    Hello,Thank you for reviewing my complaint.I contacted Unimeal and shared the following: the $21.02 was a burden on my budget (I am a retired 68 year old nurse) and that the Unimeal app was cumbersome to add meals. The online reviews and reviews of the App reveal that others have had issues.I attempted to use Unimeal on 3 occassions and contacted the company asking for a refund since I was not using it daily. The montly fee was already paid. The request for a refun was declined. It is unfortunate when a company has the opportunity to provide excellent customer service yet decides to decline a request. I did not use the product. ******* has 31 days, if you calculate the $ amount for each day I USED the app it would be $0.67 cents a day. Unimeal did not meet exceptional customer service and I would not recommend this app.I would like a refund of my monthly charge please.

    Dear BBB Team, I am filing a complaint against Unimeal for misleading subscription practices and unauthorized charges. I initially purchased a meal plan for $15 through a ******** ad but was later charged $49.99 for a private coach I did not request or authorize. Even if I mistakenly selected the option, there was no confirmation step before the payment was processed. The following month, I was charged $49.99 and $99.99 for a subscription I was unaware of. These charges did not appear in my ***** subscriptions despite using Apple Pay. Additionally, Unimeal retained my payment information and continued charging me without my consent. I reset my password and requested a refund directly from Unimeal, but they refused, stating their subscriptions are "final sale," which is unreasonable and deceptive for subscription services. I am seeking BBBs help to investigate Unimeals practices, secure a refund, and ensure other consumers are protected from similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     12/23/2024.Placed two separate orders for services/subscription (not products)One was for ***** the other for ***** I was charged an additional ***** with my second charge of ***** which I didn't consent to those services. I have yet to use that service, I've been back and forth with my email sinc the first day I was charged trying to get a resolution but they refused to refund me the *****.I have explained to them that I never agreed to pay that amount, there wasn't a checkout page showing me they were adding another thing on there. Also there wasn't a refund policy consent acknowledgement page either. I am so upset I have not use any of their service. I only asked them to return me the ***** that I never agreed to.     Unauthorized and Unapproved Extra Charges I recently purchased a nutrition package from Unimeal's website for an advertised price of 18. I gave consent to be charged 18 and authorized this payment only. However, upon checking my bank account, I discovered two additional unauthorized charges: one for 36 and another for 49.These extra charges were made without my consent, and I have not received any goods or services in exchange for them. This is misleading and deceptive business conduct. I attempted to contact the company for clarification and a refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response.I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized amounts (36 and 49) and immediate cancellation of any ongoing charges or subscriptions.I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their pricing practices appear deceptive and unauthorized payments are being made.Thank you for addressing this matter.

    On December 3 I purchased a subscription to unimeal. When finishing payment there were pop *** that showed up without a skip ******* I pressed continue and was charged an additional fee for services I didn't want. There wasn't a warning or terms and conditions that I could see that would let me know I'd be charged. I emailed the company and they said it's all on fine print and it's my fault and they wont refund me. I never agreed to pay additional costs. They also offer a money back guarantee but it has stipulations where you can't get a refund no matter why you want it. I feel like I've been frauded. Or scammed. It's bad business practice.

    On October 31, 2024 I saw an ad for a meal planning app called Unimeal. I saw that it was only $15 for the first month so I wanted to give it a try. I got charged the $15 and then I saw two other charges of $49.99 and $29.96 which were completely unexpected and had not been stated anywhere.
