    Amoapps limited offered me 2 months of extended service from the madmuscles app, when i canceled in march of 2025. I paid for the service at the time that i was going to try it. My extended period ended june 1 2024. On october 25 2024, this company debited my account for the amount of $*****, signing me up for another 3 months worth of their service, without my authority to do. I canceled my account with the company, and requested a refund at that very same day, just like their website said to do. This should bot even be an issue, as have never signed up for any yearly service with this company. This is terrible business, to remove money from ******* account 4 months after the extended trial period has ended. I havent used their service since i signed up for it in march and decided to cancel so they got me out of 60 dollars at that time cause they would not refund it, just offerred 2 free months. I reported the activity to ******, which the company debited my account thru. I want a full refund of the ***** they debited from account without my authority, 4 months after my business with amoapps limited was completed.

    I opted into this service on 10/21/24, expecting something similar to other programs, but supposedly much better.After using the app for almost a day, and finding out the app had very little of what they claimed it offered, and slowly realizing that the app was not going to be useful to me, I decided to simply cancel the renewal process. Then, I sent an email to the company asking for a refund and laying out the reasons for why I was asking.I laid it all out for them.The response I got was not one of sincere apology and offering the $26 back that I had paid. Instead, it was a ham fisted, canned response of, "We're sorry that you are not satisfied with the app. However, because you did not meet our policy standards, we can not offer you a refund." Which, their refund policy is kind of ********. The issue here is I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that I'm not going to get my money's worth, I'm not going to get whatever it is they claimed the app can do, and I'm not going to change my mind if I keep using it.The most insulting part about this affair was immediately after telling me they can't offer me a refund, they immediately pivot and say this: "Though I cannot process the refund, as a kind of my deep appreciation, I would like to offer you access to your plan for three additional months absolutely for free! No other charges will ever appear. I will be very excited to see you staying with us!"Like, thanks but no thanks. I already think your program is ********, declining my refund, but then OFFERING ME THREE FREE MONTHS OF A PROGRAM I ADMITTEDLY DO NOT LIKE AND AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH is not exactly the kind of good business model you'd expect. I'm not staying. I want my $26 dollars back.

    On 10/19 I signed for a the ***** subscription that was for 3 months. That is all I agree to. I them received my receipts and I was charged 3 different transactions when I only agreed to the initial transaction! I ended up being charged over 100 dollars to this app. I didnt agree to this. I wasnt asked if I wanted to spent more or not. Nothing at all popped up for me to agree to add on to my subscription. This is very scammy. I emailed customer service and they said I did agree to it and that they dont give refunds. I would be totally find spending the ***** but the extra 80 dollars needs to be refunded!! This is not good business for customers. They did not try and resolve this issue for me.

    On August 24th, 2024, I signed up for a 12 week plan with MAD MUSCLES. When I checked out, I was charged for the 12 week plan. I did not agree to order anything from Unimeal, I did not order any additional products such as PDFs or any sort of meal plan. Immediately after completing my purchase for the 12 week Mad Muscles workout plan I saw another charge for $29.99 come through my bank account. I did not authorize this charge and immediately contacted support to dis-Ute it and requested a refund. Mad Muscles has refused to refund my money. These are deceptive business practices and the company is engaging in fraud. I want my entire order for both the 12 week plan and the order for Unimeal refunded and refuse to do any future business with this company at all.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for PDFs I did not order, and charged for a Unimeal subscription I did not order and those were in addition to my Mad Muscles subscription that I DID order. You have now cancelled my Mad Muscles subscription in addition to refunding me for the $29.99 I was charged in error. 

    in total I was charge $25 for Mad Muscles and $29.99 for Unimeals and the ***** you have now canceled what I did pay for so I will need the whole amount I paid $25 + $29.99 refunded. You have issued a refund for the $29.99 so I will need the remaining $25 refunded since I never used ANY of the stuff I was charged for.

    I was charged over $75 without authorization for a TRIAL sign up that was set at $25.99 I have received no correspondence from the business when requested a refund I am convinced it is a scam at this point I simply want my money back for this charge I did not approve.

    Apparently I bought a subscription two years ago. I received a few emails from them for only two weeks after that in 2022never a single one after that. I happened to check my bank account today and saw they took out a renewal fee. I tried to cancel, following their online instructions only to get a page saying the page doesnt exist. I have emailed them, but as I told them had I received an email last year that they had taken money out of my account, I would have cancelled at that time. This is a ripoff. They need to be investigated.

    I am rejecting this response because: Although I am told that a refund was issued, there has been NO activity or notification in my bank account as such.

    Unimeal fails to admit that there was no page available to cancel the subscription, nor do they admit that their lack of communication for TWO YEARS allowed them to take money from my account every six months without my knowledge. What company doesnt send communications AT ALL to the people who have subscriptions to their services? This borders on the edge of fraud IMHO  

    I will update this complaint after a refund has been received

    I purchased the app and an additional feature which came to over $50. After having had a chance to look at what the app had to offer, I decided that it was not the right fit for me and requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Ive contacted customer support on multiple occasions. They tell me that my situation does not qualify for a refund and will not tell me why my situation does not qualify for a refund or what I can do to qualify for a refund I would like a full refund for both features of the app

    One day I look in my bank account and see that i have a charge for $15.19 or something similar from unimeal. I then decide to message them or contact them. There is no phone line and only email. Next thing I see a $39 charge to my account. I email again to hear they are sorry I have to pay. I still do not know what this company is and or why they are charging me.

I tried doing this myself with no luck from the company so I am sad that i had to go through the BBB in order to receive my money back. I did not have any idea what kind of company this is until just mentioned in this letter that it was a meal plan. I would only pay for a meal plan if food was mailed to my home. I definitely do not need this app.

    I was looking into this service, but in order to view any details you have to sign up and give your credit card info. They immediately charged me 3 separate times, totaling to ****** CAD. When I attempted to choose a plan, I was told I needed to download the app. After that, I was told that the service wasn't available in my area, so I canceled my subscription. I wanted to deactivate my account, but you can only do that on the app but the app wont let you back in if you canceled your subscription. I emailed support and asked for a refund as I couldn't even use the service, and all their responses were run around "we'll get back to you" answers. I finally was able to deactivate my account, but still no refund. They've replied to almost every review I have made saying email them to discuss things further, but then they don't respond to the email. They are scammers, and I am going to make that known wherever I can. No one else should fall for this.

    I downloaded the Unimeal app and decided it wasnt for me so, I canceled my subscription. Upon cancellation I got a message that said, sorry to see you go however, have three free months on us. I ignored this message as I did not have any need for the app. Three months later I received a charge from Unimeal for $29.99. I contacted them and reminded them that I did cancel my subscription however, they refused to refund me.
