    This site makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. While clicking the button labeled Cancel my plan, you are moved to a new screen that extols the benefit of staying on the plan and seemingly gives one last opportunity to not cancel (two buttons: No keep my plan and Yes, cancel my plan. After clicking cancel, another screen is displayed that inquires about the nature of the cancellation. There are many options, including Other where a user can enter a reason. No matter which option you choose as the reason for cancellation, upon selecting Confirm and Cancel, you cannot cancel the plan as a pop-up is presented explaining the following:Dear [Insert User Email Address Here],We regret that the [insert cancellation reason selected here]. Your well-being journey is important to us. To make things right and continue our partnership, we're happy to offer you 2 months of Premium Access for free as our commitment to your satisfaction!This gift includes:Full Access Enjoy all premium features and workouts at no cost.Enhanced Meal Plan Experience Access exclusive recipes content and personalized guidance.Community Connection Engage with our supportive fitness community.Uninterrupted Goal Pursuit Continue your well-being journey with our ***********************.There is only one button on this page: Okay thank you. There is no way to continue with cancelling the plan and therefore, you are stuck keeping the plan for an additional two months IF the button actually worked to do anything. The button does not move you to a different screen, it does not prompt a new pop up, nor are you able to move from this screen without closing out of the whole site and starting over. This is a scam to keep your money. Ill have to keep my account at less than the amount of this program until this issue is resolved.

    I downloaded the App last year and paid for the product. The product didnt work for me. I canceled the subscription using the app. Then I deleted the app off my phone. Yesterday they charged me ***** for subscription renewal. When I contacted them and asked for a refund and told them I Unsubscribed last year and deleted the app they just keep giving me the runaround. I have received emails from different people with the company. ********* claimed that there are certain conditions that I do not meet. I have no way of getting what they want because I havent had or used that app since 2023. So they are basically stealing from me.

    Unimeal charge my card for a subscription that was not approved by me. I reported fraud and unimeal proves that the payment came from an android in which I do not own.

    The ad was very misleading, states that you can have a free trail but when you continue, they charge. You are not able to get to the actual free trail. In the end they charged me for what I thought was a free trial and when I asked for a refund, they refused.

    I had subscribed to a meal plan, thru unimeal which I thought included food. When I realized that it didn't I sent a email asking for the service to be canceled on 12/28/23. They drafted ***** out of my account today 2/29/24. I have not used that service and I would like a refund.

    I go to cancel my account, get through the process and the only way to keep moving forward is to hit their buttons, the last button I hit was to keep my subscription for FREE for 2 months, I dont want to renew it I want to cancel it so Im not charged again. so I can't cancel until the end of 2 months and they automatically charge your card again, I WANT IT CANCELED.

    On 02/14/24 I purchased this bogus app. Within 2 hours I canceled my 3 month subscription because it wasnt what I needed at all and nothing like what it advertised to be. After going back and forth with emails about my refund after I canceled on 02/17/24 I got an email from the billing department that I would not be receiving a refund. They scammed me.

    I began my relationship with this company by downloading a fitness app for women. While entering my information I didn't realize an add popped up for this company, I was continuing to enter my information and bought this plan. It wasn't until it said to separately download this extra app that I realized I had purchased something else. My bank called and the pay pal emailed and I was able to cancel all funds. I then started the process of canceling the plan. I have emailed, logged in and tried tirelessly to cancel requesting no additional charges. When on the site I say cancel an additional screen pops up asking if I am sure I want to cancel and the button does not work.

    I downloaded the unimeal app because it looked interesting. I paid $ to see what app had to offer. After reviewing content I requested cancelation and a refund 2 hours later. The company refuses to issue a refund even though I never used their product.

    I was looking at a weight loss app, (Unimeal) it looked like something I woyld like to try so I subscribed for 1 month which was advertised *****. The next day I was alerted from my bank that multiple charges went through for the same company: *****, *****, *****, *****, *****. I immediately cancelled the subscription and sent an email stating the multiple charges. They had to "research it" I was sent a reply that they would not be refunding my money but that I was taken care of through October. There policy states if notified within 2 weeks to cancel or 30 days. I signed in and it states my next payment is *****! I have already cancelled. I have ni issue for paying for the one month that I agreed to, but nothing else. I let them know I would be reporting their scam to the BBB and they send me their copy of the receipt, which means nothing to me when I have a bank statement showing the money being taken out. I just want my refund and my subscription cancelled.
