I was looking up successful diets online. I found a plan that was highly recommended - i filled out a form and i discovered once everything was filled out and I paid for it that the plan included a shopping list of many items that cannot he found in my local grocery stores, expensive items that arent really logical - and no specific replacements ( and honestly very vague options) I looked up ways to go around these options or a phone number to call for help - nothing. Just an email. This is incredibly frustrating as each day that goes by I lose waiting. (It takes like 48 to get a response). Its not buyers remorse. Its a bait and switch. I retook the test so my meal plan wouldnt include certain items but whats weird is the the meal plan has items that arent in the test like mackerel for example. This is just one example of the site/app not working. Im told I cannot get a refund without trying the plan for 14 days but I cant try the plan if I cant get anything answered by the customer service team because there is clearly several issues with the app. I have asked for a refund since the day i opened the meal plan and realized it was full of unusual items (and note / I live in *** so if necessary we have most things available, but its more than I can commit to with no clear way to ask for substitutions) I have emailed several times with very sharp responses saying no.. it makes no sense. But again, the replies take several days to hear back - so this back and forth could go on for months I need this money, as Id like it to start a more efficient plan.Customer Answer

Months ago I signed up for a service that was not at all what it was marketed to be. I paid $25.99 on 09/12/2023 and $13.45. It was supposed to be a detailed workout plan tailored to my profile. Come to find out it was not at all actually tailored, just a generic body weight exercise routine nothing with actually weight lifting direction. I sent an email to cancel immediately. I never received a refund for those amounts. And just wrote it off as a loss on my part to being sucked in by social media advertising. Today I was charged $69.99 and emailed customer support immediately to cancel for a refund. They never received or processed my original request, and were not compliant in processing a refund immediately after being charged. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I never have used what was marketed to be. I believe this company is baiting and misdirecting people in hopes of staying subscribed for a ************ and preying on people through social media quick signups with little information.Initial Complaint

Horrible costumer service. Testing the app out for my wife before sending it to her. Used it for less than 2 hours and cancelled. Thinking I'd get my money back with their 30 day money back guarantee. What they hide in the fine print is that you can't get your money back unless you jump through other hopes. I decided to download this app and it charged me $6.99, fine, I agreed to it. However, once I got into the app decided it wasn't for me within a few hours. I cancelled the app, after paying for ONE WEEK. I go into my Subscriptions and I notice I have a $6.99 charge, a .99 cent charge and an additional $13.28 charge. I sent the email asking for a refund and today was responded telling me they would not be refunding me even though I did NOT approve a $13.28 charge. I signed up for this online program with Unimeal. Exercise and meal plan. I remembered after doing so that it wasnt a good idea as I having some digestive issues that I needed to address with my doctor first. Within 24 hrs I cancelled the program. I never used it. I am writing today because an unauthorized transaction was made from this app. I download it you need me lol on a trial basis for a free subscription and realize that it was not for me and was not an app. I was using four days ago while cleaning up my cell phone and subscriptions I no longer use. I opted out of Unimeal today is June 18 and I was charged $31.19. I have since tried to resolve this with the app whom does not have a phone number and only communicates through email and their website is very difficult to navigate through. It is not self-explanatory. I received an email from someone of customer service who says I did not opt out within 24 hours therefore I am not Privy to a refund I am fighting this and will be disputing this charge with my bank as well. I specifically opted out of this app due to not using it, and it not being for me since reaching out to customer service through email this app has been canceled completely and now I cannot go on and screenshot that I did have this as an app and that I opted out way before the time. The service provided is fraudulent. It does not work as they say. I canceled the service and they still charged my card with no authorization. They refuse to refund me despite not using the service since. I had to get my bank involved.Initial Complaint

I saw their website while looking for workout options. A transaction went through, a $6.99 weekly subscription and a $.99 fasting subscription. I did not approve this transaction from them and tried emailing them about the issue I saw in the terms and conditions that there was a money-back guarantee.Business Response
