  Scammers!! I cancelled my subscription weeks before hand and they still charged my card though it was cancelled!

  I signed up with Unimeal, paid $39.99 for 1 month, to be autorenewed each month at $59.99, received the meal plan, looked at the meal plan and saw that it was full of seafood, which I'm highly allergic to, then sent an email to request a cancellation AND refund 10 minutes after I recelved my meal plan. Customer service tried to offer me help in changing the plan and said their billing dept will have to investigate whether I should be given a refund or not! I mean, 10 minutes, $39.99, there shouldn't be a question! When I heard back from the billing dept that items can be swapped and the meal plan can be changed, so my request doesn't fall under the circumstances for a refund. It would have been nice if their website actually told you those things, which they do not. It would have been nice if there was a place in their quiz questions that asked about allergies. I was able to find a much more reputable company within an hour of sending the request to cancel and receive a refund. The loss of $40 is on me, I should have done my research on them before instead of days later when they refused my refund. If I had, I wouldn't have given them one cent. Atrocious reviews and business practices, it seems. Live and learn.

  My daughter is 17 years old and made a purchase by mistake using our Bank account. When the program became available, we followed their directions and cancelled immediately. They do not respond to any communication. Most recent #2556162. This is a warning for under age children. This warning cost 27.00! Good thing that is all it cost. Beware.....
  ¨Please rest assured that we have taken note of your concerns and are fully committed to resolving them promptly.¨ Their prompt response was sorry we are keeping your daughters money. Don't be fooled.

  It is their policy to automatically renew a subscription without alerting the customer as to the renewal. I’d say they gain quite a bit of money doing this as it is one of the reasons that a refund WILL NOT be distributed to customers on their website. This is a disgusting and deceitful practice.

  The App they are selling does not work correctly. After 5 days of use, and constant issues with the app not loading the info i was adding, i asked for a refund and was told I didn't qualify.
  This company is corrupt.

  This company does not uphold their return policy. Bought it and within 30 minutes realized it wasn’t what it advertised. Immediately asked for a refund. Got the run around for 8 days and they sent me refund criteria which I met every one of them and refused to give my money back. Pure scammers!
