I placed an order to Try the Truvani brand protein powder iin April, I paid *****. I received it, and I didn't really like it, but I just knew I wasn't going to buy anymore. Then a few days ago, May 2025, I received another bag, I had no idea was coming.. I called to ask if I could return it, but they say since this is a second order I could not, I said I did not order it, they told me I was on a subscription.. I had no idea I was on a subscription..and can they please cancel and refund me and I will return this bag. They refused and said theres no one else that I can talk to, They said someone would call me back. No one ever did, I'd just like a refund and be done with them. Company will not cancel recurring subscription even after contacting them, they did refund one order when asked to unsubscribe but then sent out another order and will not let me unsubscribe now. Their website is not complete and keeps redirecting so you cannot unsubscribe. They have sent 2 orders of $59.99 that I did not want, the first of which they did refund the second they sent anyway after supposedly unsubscribingInitial Complaint

I set up a subscription with Truvani and realized I didn't really have money for it, and asked to cancel. The enrolment of the subscription came with lots of freebies which I forfeited to cancel. The customer service *** agreed to cancel the order. I was blindsided a month later when I was billed again. I reached out to them and they claimed I only canceled one order and not the entire subscription, and told me it was too late to cancel. I called, and 'Ezekial' was again defensive, saying I didn't provide enough details in my email that I wanted to cancel the subscription. He refused to connect me with a manager and said there were only two people there. He said the only way I could return **** was paying for shipping as a one time courtesy, reiterating what's on the website.Initial Complaint

I used to pay ***** for protein powder. They random charged me ****** for 2 in August instead of *****, charged the right amount in September, then charged ***** in October and november, ***** in dec (that i refused and havent been refunded for, and after I cancelled, charged ***** in january that I also refused. I placed my order on October 25, 2024 and was charged $170.20 immediately. I sent an email to customer service after 2.5 weeks and got a generic email saying sorry but no ETA for order. I requested an update last week again and still no *** on my order. I placed a $177 order 4 weeks ago, which still has not shipped. I emailed them, I did get a generic response that they are selling through products faster than they anticipated but they are working hard to fulfill the orders. Today I noticed a $142 charge to my card because this is a subscription service. I immediately cancelled any future orders. BUT HOW DARE THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR PRODUCT THEY CAN'T DELIVER. I ordered a product from this company back on Sept. 11, 2024. They offered two types of shipping and I paid for expedited. Upon order email confirmation it showed they took the money, yet changed it back to flat rate shipping. I emailed them. 5 days later I received an apology and they refunded that tiny portion of shipping. But never responded to anything else. Website live chat is not a working link - they never answer the phones. They never contact you back. A week later I get a email stating shipped. But it was only when you went to their website and entered the order number. I have been tracking and it keeps showing that the shipping company is still awaiting items. Every few days I get an email showing its been shipped today - but again nothing moves and nothing changes. I have contacted and contacted them. I have now filed a report with ****** - and will be escalating that if they don't make contact. I see from the many complaints filed against them - I should have done my homework. This company clearly is a scam company and just takes peoples money but never ships the items. I just want a FULL refund back in the amount I paid for my product - its been almost 2 weeks and the one shipper DHL shows it "could be delivered" by sept 30 - 3 weeks later. But yet, they do not have possession of the items. It was just a generated estimate based on what the "seller" created on their shipping labels.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 09/08/2024 The business website states orders are typically shipped in ***** hours after the order is placed. My order has not shipped after 15 days. *** attempted to contact the company twice. The first contact on 9/12/24 I received an automated email stating they are delayed because of the popularity of the product and We don't have an exact ETA but it looks like your order should get to the top of the line in the very near future. I contacted them again on 9/20/24 urging them to resolve this issue and either ship the item with some form of compensation or cancel the order. My friend had used them before recommended me and we were going to ***** an order. The shipping address was auto filled to an old address that doesn't exist no mail box no mail. I sent email to change it to my billing address they said no problem. The ** knows nothing about it and I never received it.
