    4/20/23. I ordered products. I received a message that they shipped. However, when I looked up the tracking number I noticed that it clearly stated that the order had not left the facility and that only the shipping label had been created. I have since ordered from them and see a pattern. They are telling you your item is shipped but the items are not really shipped. The notices are from their own company. In other words, they are lying. As of today, May 2, my order is still listed as only the shipping label being created. When I complained and asked to speak to corporate they immediately put some kind of flag on my account and stopped replying to my emails. I assume it is because I cancelled my recurring subscriptions and they figured they wouldnt get anymore money out of me. It has all gone downhill from there because I had not realized the extent of this companys dishonesty and made the mistake of putting in another order. They are refusing to cancel that order too. They tell you to reach out to them via Live Chat, phone or email. The Live Chat is broken. The phone number is just voicemail, which they dont respond to. And the emailing system is basically not functional because the representatives are either untrained or do not care. I am now out of around $300 with 2 missing orders that I have not even received. I would like to return the items I have received but I see from other complaints that they dont honor returns so this is a complete disaster for me.

    Fall of 2022 I agreed to a special offer that was being marketed on Instagram by Truvani. I only wanted to purchase thier protein powder ONCE to try it out. But they had no trial options available and the cost of the powder alone was almost $100. Feeling forced by their manipulative marketing and against my better judgement, I signed-up for their auto-renew offer as it was discounting the product I wanted at 75% off plus they were throwing in freebies like protein bars, etc. When the product came, I wasnt satisfied and decided at that time to end my auto-renew before the next shipment was scheduled. The company would not allow this and would only allow me to push out the next delivery date farther than the original scheduled shipping date. I reluctantly went forward with this knowing it would be a hassle every month to have to catch the shipment before it went out and delay it. Finally my 6month requirement was up but before I was able to cancel it the company shipped out product that I did not need or want. Even though on my end the email showed that the product hadnt yet shipped but the ** rep claimed that it had and that I would need to ship it back and incur the shipping costs since Truvani doesnt. I shipped out the product within the timeline, sent the tracking number as required, and confirmed the product was delivered to the correct address well over a week ago. Its now been 3 weeks and Ive heard nothing of my refund from Truvani after multiple attempts to reach them via their ** #, live chat options, and of course several emails. Truvani has the ability to send multiple harassing emails a day encouraging their customer base to purchase more of their products, but when you need a customer service rep for a refund or return or to help with anything in general, theyre nowhere to be found. All of my emails, voice mails and text messages have gone ignored. I want to warn others that Truvani uses predatory and manipulative business practices to steal money.

    Returned a product and provided a credit of $110 to use in the future. *** sent numerous emails requesting to use the credit and they refuse to or dont respond. No one answers the phone or returns voicemail either. Would like $110 returned to my credit card as I placed an order without the credit given their lack of assistance.
