    Most subscription based products that I have purchased give you a few days to adjust or delay your subscription but Truvani does not. They bill you then send the email saying your subscription is on its way. I contacted the company to see if they could delay it since I still had a lot of the protein powder still left(it’s too sweet and chunky) but they said they cannot stop the order from going through. Also you can only get a refund on the very first purchase, no exceptions so now I’m stuck with $100 worth of disgusting protein powder. Also customer service never got back to me when I asked what the return policy was. I had to search it out on their page.

    This company's customer service is awful. I ordered on 9/7 and it is now 9/22 and I have not received the product I ordered. You cannot get in touch with anyone via phone or chat. If you e-mail them, you get a generic response as follows: Thanks for contacting Truvani! We have received your message and are currently experiencing a very high volume of customer communications at the moment. They have taken the money from my account for the item and there is no hope of delivery any time in the future. I want to cancel my order, but I can't get in touch with a human being. I have received the following e-mail multiple times:

    This is not the norm and we apologize for the incovenience. (Please note writing in with additional emails does move your email to the back of the queue as it gets marked as new and more recent.)
    If you're writing in to know the status of your order please note that due to the recent popularity of several promotions we have been selling through of our stock much faster than anticipated.
    Trucks are arriving out our warehouses daily and refilling our stocks but this has caused some major delays in order fulfillment.
    Our customer service team is working very hard to get back to each and every customer's message while our warehouse team is working tireless to get products out in the order they were purchased.
    Rest assured, your order is very important to us and you'll receive an update via email as soon as your order is ready to ship!

    I have yet to receive my order from them for the bars. I was so elated to find this company that had vegan and gluten free protein bars. But I’ve never veiled my delivery I just took a snapshot of my order after it came up a shaker cup they were trying to sell me. I called in query of how can you market something else when I have not received my original order; and no response to phone call. My zip code is 60660 Chicago.

    Truvani Marine Collagen is one of the worse tasting that I have used. The packaging is also not good, to scoop it out of the bag you can't help but get the powder all over your hand. Against my better judgement I subscribed to the monthly delivery and now am having a hard time canceling.

    It tasted gritty even when blended. So I called to cancel subscription and since it was not 30 days, I asked for refund. She said she could only refund $25. But that never happened. So either they have lousy customer service or they were sneaky because now it’s over 30 days and I can’t get the refund. Lousy customer service.

    Truvani says no chemicals in their products, and only products you find in your kitchen. Hexane is a chemical and is not found in your typical kitchen, yet hexane is typically used to remove oil from peanuts and coconut. The Food Babe will not respond to repeated requests from at least 3 people asking if hexane is used in the processing of the oil they use. Hexane remains in the oil and the FDA allows food manufacturers to claim the food is organic, even when it contains the chemical hexane. To be truly chemical free, the oil should be expeller pressed. Yet, Vani won’t get back to us on this issue.

    I opened my bank account online and saw that Truvani was coming out of my account Feb 7 and I had plenty so I called and cancelled my subscription. She told me I would be refunded in 7-10 days. By the 15th day I had not seen a refund so I called and they checked and said they had where I'd called but there was a glitch in their system and the refund didn't go through. So if I hadn't of called I would have never been refunded the $654.00. She fixed the glitch and said I would be getting my refund and they would send me an email. I said great, then it'll be in my account tomorrow. Thank you and that was the end of our conversation. I called back today on the 23rd because the money didn't show up in my account and the lady said it'll take 5-7 days. Advised her she never told me that. I had stated the money will be in my account tomorrow. She said she must of not heard me and that's what they always tell everyone is 5-7 days. Well I'm wondering why the first call I made they told me 7-10 days? She couldn't give me an answer to that. So IF I do get my refund it will be I'm sure sometime in March. There is NO way a company should be allowed to use your money for almost a month before refunding you. The shipment did not go out, I cancelled before it was ever shipped. These kind of practices with money dont set well with me. I don't like them using MY MONEY which is what they're doing. NO longer a customer of theirs or my daughter. You lost our business and anybody else that ask me about your products. It pays to be HONEST with your customers and you weren't. Very dissatisfied!
