    I applied for assistance with the company to obtain a passport online. Within 30 minutes of the application, I called the company and canceled the order. The customer service person told me there had been no charge to my credit card. A month later I received my credit card statement and the charge was there. I called the company again. They said "no problem" you are canceling within the allotted timeframe and I should be receiving a call back in the next week. No call back. Since then I have been calling at least once a month and have consistently been told a manager would call me back. No call back. Left a message on the manager's voicemail and still no call back. This was several months ago now. Each time I call they say the issue has been escalated and someone will call me back. If I insist to talk to someone else they transfer me to manager's voicemail again. Manager I left voicemail with: ****** *****. My call history: Sept 26th, 2024 - canceling order they said didn't exist.October 24, 12/30/24 12/31/24 1/25 2/25 3/3/25

    I purchased a passport from this company on October 10, 2024. I called them immediately to cancel the order and was told I would get my refund in 2 weeks. I've called and emailed them and as of today, I still have not received my money.

    I received my refund of $209.00 on Jan 24, 2025. I wrote 4 reviews on their website through Test Pilot. Not sure this is why they finally refunded my money. Thanks for your help.

    Date of Transaction: August 30, 2024 Amount paid: $207 Stated they would assist me with expediting a new passport I found out I could get my passport done in a better way so I called and requested a refund they stated that they would give me a refund but that it would take 10 days. Once the 10 days ended I reached out to my bank and they told me I needed proof of the refund. When I called asking for an email stating that I need proof of my refund, they stated they would send it but I have not received anything from them since.

    On (5-14-2024) I paid for a replacement passport and never received anything. When I called them, they said that I wasn't even in their system. I asked for the accounting Department, and I always got a voice mail saying they would call me back, but they never did, this charge of $407.00 showed up in my debit card statement with their name on it. I just want to get my money credited back to my card account.
