    Purchased two sets of patio chairs online through ********** May 28, 2023. I contacted ********** by phone the first part of May 2024 because the wicker is breaking, creating huge holes in all 4 chairs. They told me they were warranted 90 days thru ********** and that I would have to contact the mfg. There was no notation made on my account because it was past the 90 days. Fast forward over a month later, numerous phone calls leaving messages, and several emails to Phil *********************** They dont answer the calls. They dont answer my emails. I paid $600 for 4 chairs that have not lasted a year. Someone needs to correct the problem. I have contacted ********** again and they have a case filed #******** as of today June 6th. Reading reviews I do not believe another set of chairs will be any better so I would prefer a complete refund. If not then at least replacement chairs for the inferior ones that I purchased - that have not lasted even a year.

    I purchased patio furniture and it arrived damaged and they company is not responding about replacement parts or giving me my money back

    I purchased patio furniture in 2022 and started a warranty claim back on May 8, 2023. I attached the numerous emails placed to them and only received partial order after threatening small claims. Its now the end of October and I have been dealing with this for six months and I am still yet to see my full warranty exchange. As you can see within the last month they create a tracking number. Lie that its on its way and then when it never updates they blame something else and claim its on its way and never actually is.

    I purchased an Outside Patio Set from Target. The product was made by Phi Villa. We placed the 7 piece patio set in out Lanai. Within 7-8 months, the table was getting marked and the chairs were peeling down to the rust. I purchased a two year warranty from Allstate offered by Target. When I presented Allstate with my issue, they immediately denied my claim. Then I went to Phi Villa and sent two E-Mails with no response. I tried to call them but the **************** line was full could not leave a message. I then sent another E-Mail with only a Auto-Response providing me with a case number. After a month I replied back on the Auto-Response and again no response. I am three E-Mails and two **************** NO RESPONSES and Allstate has just closed out my claim and with that I am out the $69.99 I paid. I am looking for a replacement 7 piece patio set or my total payment of $799.99 plus the $69.99 for a warranty that was useless.They do not respond and the **************** line ***************) needs to be cleaned out I guess from all the other complaints they received.Thank you

    On Sept 11, 2023 I ordered a 5 Piece Patio Table and Chair set from this seller via Amazon. Within a week I had received all items but two of the four chairs were damaged, I contacted the seller and two replacement chair pieces were shipped. These were also damaged. Again I contacted the seller and two more replacement chair pieces were received. While not perfect, I chose to accept them. Now I have four damaged chair pieces, in total weighing approx 50 pounds that I would like the seller to take back. They have refused to issue a return authorization and say that it is my responsibility to dispose of these items. These are not something that I can just add to my curb-side garbage can as they are too bulky. Taking them to the dump will cost $50.00 or more plus my time. I don't believe that this is my responsibility and think that the seller should pay to have them shipped back to them.

    Purchased 2 chairs made for outside use from ************** Phi Villa, I also purchased Allstate 5 yr warranty. Chairs faded in the sun 1st summer then arms peeling 2nd summer. These chairs only used in summer and put away in Winter. Contacted company for refund they said no, contacted **************** plan they said plan doesn't cover that. Company selling outside chairs that get destroyed for being outside is misleading and disgraceful. I paid $289 plus tax and expect company to stand behind their product.
