    Purchased Brown 9-Piece Wood Patio Outdoor Dining Set With Extendable Table and Wood Chairs With Beige Cushion from Home Depot last April. After one season and being store under cover all winter. Table and chairs fading and cracking. Would not cover because 1 month past the year warranty. When ask for further help with the matter they came back with a 5% discount to purchase another table. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

    Love the patio furniture. We had issues with a damaged part but were sent an entirely new set to replace it fast and free of charge. Wonderful customer service and wonderful product.

    5 Stars – Great Product & Excellent Customer Service
    I purchased the PHI VILLA Black Bar Stools (Set of 4) and they look fantastic in my kitchen. One stool developed a minor stitching problem soon after delivery, so I reached out to the company. PHI VILLA’s customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful—they immediately processed a replacement seat cushion and kept me updated every step of the way.
    The stools themselves are sturdy and comfortable, and the company clearly stands behind their warranty. I’m very pleased with both the quality of the stools and the attentive support I received. I’d definitely recommend PHI VILLA to anyone looking for stylish, reliable seating options!

    The product seems ok. The customer service is horrid. We emailed them so many times. Our order was in limbo for over a week. Fed-Ex said Phi Villa still had it and Phi Villa said Fed-Ex had it. They refuse to call you. When you email, you have to wait until the next day for a reply. If you have more than one question, you need to send multiple emails. They will only answer one question, even if you have multiple in one email. Their refusal to call causes much frustration. Our issues could have been resolved in one phone call versus multiple emails over several days. Will never buy from them again.


    Update to earlier 1-star review: Phi Villa refunded $30 to compensate us for our time and trouble with customer service.

    Excellent customer service. We ordered a wooden 3 piece picnic table set. Very happy with the look and quality but after several months, an area on one of the benches began to split. Contacted phi villa, sent a couple photos and they replaced the bench.

    I bought a 7 pice patio set (expanding table and 6 chairs) on the *** **** and ****** website. Under PRODUCT DESCRIPTION the table was listed as wrought iron. It arrived with multiple dents. Clearly Phi Villa lied. It is made of thin metal not wrought iron . Wrought iron does not dent in manufacturing. They also did not warranty their product, but the shipper Alphamart has a 1 year warranty on it. I am now trying to contact them with pictures that *** **** and ****** will be forwarding to get a full refund. I don’t know how that will turn out, but the product description provided to the website was fraudulent and provided by Phi Villa. *** **** and ****** is being very helpful in this and I do not hold them at fault in this matter.

    PHI VILLA will not honor their return policy within 30 days of the order. I Ordered a patio umbrella and I did not like the plastic stays in the umbrella and want to return it and I'll pay the shipping back.
    ALL I'M GETTING IS THE RUN AROUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID KEEP THE UMBRELLA AND PHI VILLA WILL GIVE YOU $50.00 OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER. TOTAL BS NOTHING ABOUT RETURNING THE UMBRELLA AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK. THREE DAYS OF THE RUN AROUND.

    I bought a 13x13 canopy from Home Depot of their product and had it sit in my barn over winter, ready for next spring. I opened it up, a part was broken, and since my return was out of date, i figures their customer service would help.
    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You CAN NOT call them no matter if its 2 am or 2pm. They REFUSE to help you unless you bought it DIRECTLY from their website. Downright rude, unprofessional, and they have multiple "representatives" handle your case.
    Not american made, outsourced labor, and they do not care about your experience. Either a chinese company or and indian company that only cares about lining their pockets

    I don’t recommend buying anything with cushions. They don’t sell replacement cushions for their products. The recliner Chair takes a special cushion that has an extra foot rest at bottom. Customer service was no help telling me to go to Amazon . I bought my chairs last year from Phil Villa. Very disappointed in company and service.
