    The website is dishonest. They don’t except returns within 30 days. I wanted to make one…. Right away and they wanted to give me a $30 coupon . So strange . Then ignored my emails there after. So unprofessional.

    Had an issue with my chairs that they tipped over and half the bearings in the swivel base fell out. Phi Villa was quick to investigate and sent me two new swivel bases. Very happy with their responsiveness and products.

    We ordered an outdoor patio furniture set, installation was easy we like the product overall. However there was a part for one of the chair was defected and the chair won't be able to function properly, I contacted Phi Villa support stating the issue, took a few photos of the part as requested and they quickly shipped out the replacement part right away and I have my problem resolve. I am leaving this review because of the quick response and prompt shipment of the support team to resolve my issue.

    We had a minor issue that was quickly resolved. Customer service was great and we are very happy with our patio table. It is well made and sturdy.

    Patio furniture set had damaged parts and defective hardware. Returning the set has been difficult. When the company was contacted, a chain of emails had ensued with no appropriate resolution offered yet. The company is refusing a return when they guarantee 30 day returns on their website.

    Great customer service. I bought an umbrella over a year ago. We got it out to use it this spring and found that the crank to open and close it was broken. Though this was about 1 month out of warranty, Phi Villa sent me a new crank and only charged me freight, the crank was free. They responded quickly and acted promptly. Would definitely recommend them.
