    ****** sold me the phone case at the ************************* Show on April 5th. It took almost 10 days to arrive. Then, it did not include a screen protector like ****** said it would. I waited again for a screen protector to be sent, but I never received tracking information so I didn't know it had arrived. (Packages don't get delivered to my house, but to a central location in my town.)Anyhow, it was a cheap plastic screen protector that will not adequately meet my needs. It was not the same glass screen protector ****** showed **** would like a full refund, please. Every time I call their 800-number, it goes to voice mail. Today their customer service team replied they do not offer refunds. However, no place on their website does "no refunds" or similar wording show up. There is a section on exchanges, but an exchange wasn't even offered.

    ************************* purchased a Powercase from our company on April 5th and was never promised a screen protector for her device. We always put all of the items a customer is owed on the receipt. As you can see on the receipt, she only purchased a Power case. However, to strive for customer satisfaction, we sent her a screen protector for her model phone. After receiving a complimentary screen protector that she was not promised in the first place, she asked for a refund because she was not happy with the screen protector. We then explained to her that our company policy is a No Refunds, All Sales Are Final. She signed off on this at the time of purchase and was given a copy of the receipt that indicates this. We have also attached this receipt that indicates this policy. In regards to her statement on our refund policy not being show on our website, this is incorrect as well. In our website terms and conditions, in states that we are unable to provide refunds. We do our best to achieve customer satisfaction, and hope ******* understand this.
