    We purchased a projector from this company and when we started having issues with the product we contacted the company's customer service and they would not call us or give us a pune number to contact them. They said they can only be contacted via email and if we wanted to return the product we had to take it to the store. I told them we didn't purchase the product at a store, we bought it at the *******************. I finally found a number and called the "company" who then answered the phone "Hello" not but the name of the company. When I told them what was going on and that I wanted a refund, they told me that they could send us replacement if they're was a problem with the projector but I told him the only problem was the projector did not do what they promised it would do and we just want our money back. He then said he wanted me to send him videos via text along with the error messages I was getting. I told him that I would have to reconnect the system up to do this and he said, just take your time and send them to me as soon as you can. I them told him, I just want a refund, please tell me where I can send the product back so we can get our money back. $3000 is not a small amount of money for us. He said to send the info and they might be able to help us but they will not refund us. So now we are stuck with a product that we can't use and don't want.

    Hi

    The customer contact me regarding his purchased and ask a questions which was replied by customer service immediately. the reply was unsatisfied to the customer, and the customer requested to return the product. We are the warranty company, and we are not related to any of the locations and transactions, therefore, I couldnt assist the customer more than what I did. Yes, we are online service only but able to provide answers to every issues appears. 
    We explained the customer that the issue they have can be resolved however, customer was not pleased and insist to return it at that point we couldnt assist anymore, but explain the customer what they should do.

    I am rejecting this response because: I would like to return the item and was told that I had to do this at the store. There isn't a store to return the item to. We purchased this item for $3000 and we're promised numerous things that the item cannot do. I called the business and he wouldn't reason with me or tell me how to return the item. I just want to return the item and world like my money back.

    As such, we are unable to process any refunds because the purchase was not made through us. 

    If you could provide us with the invoice that includes the name of the seller or the store where the purchase was made, we will do our best to assist you in locating them and try to fix the issue.

    Please note that our main priority is product service only.

Hehe is the contact information and I have called them and they are refusing to give me a refund if I send the product back to the address given. Their customer service is if no help.     I am not sure if you guys read my respond.

    This company is not us, we didn't sale the customer the **********************, we are the warranty company and we can offer anything from technical support to replacement / upgrade. 

    I can't refund money I never got!!!!

    The customer keep mentioning this store, that's not us. They should contact them directly.
