    I am writing this review for Andrew ******  Operations Manager of Rentmax Property Management
    Andrew instantly stays on top of all communications with us making sure that we are satisfied with what is done for us.
    He offers advices in contacting appropriate utilities
    We are lucky to have him as Managerial role for our property

    I love my property company. Especially the service that they provide is excellent. And Andrew the manager goes above and beyond to help the tenant. I really appreciate his help. I strongly recommend rent max to everbody.

    Rentmax Property has been an excellent company to do business with. Andrew, the manager, is incredibly responsible and attentive to every detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, responding promptly to any concerns or requests.

    By far disorganized, slow, security breaches, lost records, rent confusion, squatters not monitored, bullying and intimidation. It started with Rentmax staff coming to our peaceful community trying to get past receipts which they never returned any of my receipts. Even though I provided receipts I was recently accused of owing thousands of dollars in back rent. Our front entrance has an immense amount of homeless traffic. Continuous graffiti on our walls. Several squatters have been pointed out some were allowed to stay as long as they paid, hope a background check was done. The company seems to have misplaced my rental security deposit for my space. During several of their D grade cleanups of the park, the young teen age crew was extremely rude, would not move out of the road, blocking the road, telling residents to go around, without any notices. We have videos of the rental company staff member destroying property as well as entering without notice. After all this, the rental company has the arrogance of raising rent 27% in this economy, we need to have a huge discussion, this is far from fair when grocery prices are up 40%, gas up 60%, inflation is at 2.5%. Other rv parks in the area our priced far less than the proposed increase. Let's work this out, your company has potential.

    They withheld $620 from my security deposit for a "house cleaning fee" after telling me over the phone NOT to hire cleaners upon move out when i asked weeks prior. They then told me the refrigerator was "disgusting" though they admitted no items were inside it. Luckily i took pictures and videos of the entire house, including the inside of the fridge, and would you look at that, it was SPOTLESS. Because we cleaned the entire house before moving out.... that house was SPOTLESS.

    They are unethical. They do not do as they say they will. They never return calls. I wish I could give them -stars. If you see them as the property managers do not waste your time or money. They cost us my husbands job and about 1500 because of there disgusting business practices . They should have there business license pulled. They are messing with peoples life’s and act like it’s nothing. We tried to rent a home from them and were given the run around. We were told if we took them down the 2800 it would make it so the home was ours. When in reality they had no intention of renting to us even though we applied for the home on December 15 they waited until Jan 5 to respond. Both the realtor and my self called every day to see what the status was. Now because of there games we are down an income and have no clue what we are going to do. Shame on them for thinking it’s ok to take so many peoples money and stringing them along.

    This company is the most rudest company I've ever dealt with the people that work there are just rude and disrespectful the first I went into the office was a first bad impression the second I went in another bad impression the property I rented for me and my 2yr daughter has only been living in for about a week in a half it has not been good at all. They don't care they don't want to be bother by tenants they don't want to deal with anything unless it's to take money. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't appreciate it the disrespect and brushing people off like they do. I regret signing a lease with these people but I needed a place for me and my daughter. My situation went bad to worse. They should not make people feel the way they made me feel. I will not renew a lease with them I will run as soon as this lease is up I will not recommend no one to these people for anything. I would rather sleep in my car instead of dealing with these **** *** *****. I want to speak to the whom ever the manager is or the owner because this is not right AT ALL

    I am deeply sorry if anyone at Rentmax has mistreated you in any way. Your complaint was not specific as to who or what happened. We are not perfect but have an excellent reputation as we want all our owners and tenants to be happy. We take pride in finding good tenants that are easy to work with and would hope that you would allow us the opportunity to fix or apologize if we have done something wrong (before complaining online). What can I do to help you have a better experience?

    Before I complained online I tried to call your office but since the people didn't want to help me I complain about it online. I sent email after email I have the proof and like I said when I call they are rude so why would I keep calling no one responded back to my last 2 emails. If things are this bad and I only been living in the unit for a week I can only imagine that it's going to get worse. I don't want nothing else to do with you people I wish I can all my money and go else where Ive never had to deal with this any place I've lived.

    We are an owner that has had nothing but horrible experiences with this company 'managing' our property.
    They are not responsive to our needs and they are supposed to work for us. They charge us for things that we do not approve of, which should be paid by the tenant and even though we do not approve of their actions or 'fixes' they still take the monies out of our owner payments. They even locked us out of our own rental unit.
    We've tried in so many ways and so many times to get answers from them kindly and courteously. But they ignore our emails and don't return our calls. We have no insight into how they are managing our property and we have not received our owners' statements for two months.
    We have wasted so much time and energy in trying to understand what is happening with our property but since we live out of town, we thought we were hiring a company we could trust, but this is clearly not the case.

    The owners statement is located inside your Owners Portal. It shows all the expenses at the property. I spoke with Andrew today and showed him everything that's been charged which is correct. We even gave you a $100 discount off the mktg fee even though you did not pay the $545 setup fee and mktg fee upfront when you signed up in Sept. I explained to Andrew that the tenant was injured trying to change the A/C filter and said she had to go to the ER. The $265 charge is to fix the ceiling that came apart as we do not want the tenant to try and sue you. This repair was already approved in the management agreement since it is less than $300. I would appreciate it if you could please remove your negative reviews as we are on the same team. Irene is looking up the sales comps for Andrew so we can get it listed for sale for you.     As the landlord, this company has a lack of company organization, lack of ability to return customer phone call and no concern to handle issues at the property. When I signed up with ********** was told to work another staff member for details on the property. When issues needed to be addressed, I called multiple times, that specific staff member, the front office and **** the person that signed me up for someone to address an issue. After several days I stopped trying... thinking eventually someone would call, but no one did. After several weeks, I found the Manager *** and spoke with him. Come to find out, that staff member handles vacant properties...I told him I am ending the contract and took over the management of my property. Then they have the nerve to apply the Early Termination fee of $1,140 for their mistakes. Bad management!
