On November 22, 2024 I called Red Rock Radiology to cancel my appointment. No one answered the phone. I called 8 times. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes. I wanted to leave a voice message telling them I was cancelling my appointment on November 27, 2024. But that option was not available. This business has no cancellation options. I received a bill by text on December 2, 2024 from Red Rock stating I owe $185.00 for the missed appointment. I called a total of 5 phone numbers on December 2. The last number answered. It was by a person named ****. He said that a review would be sent to the back office. I was told by **** I am not allowed to contact the back office. I was told by **** that there is no one at all that I can call about this bill I received. I am not a person to ignore a bill. So I called and called. And only got in touch with this person **** in a billing office. Apparently Red Rock does not communicate at all with their patients when there is a a problem or a cancellation. There should be a phone number to call and leave a message regarding cancellations. I want the $185.00 bill removed. I did my part by calling to cancel several times. But there was no answer. They were busy! So now they send me a bill! I am never doing business with this place ever again!

I needed emergency medical services, which were rendered by this business in 2022. This provider is an In-Network provider with my health insurance carrier. Thus, they submitted a claim for their services and my insurance provider paid their contracted portion. Red Rock Radiology proceeded to balance-bill me the portion of the claim that was discounted by my medical insurance provider. This balance was eventually sent to a collections agency (in June of 2023)Balance billing is illegal to do with health insurance claims. I called ********* ********************** with a representative from my insurance provider present on the call, in May of 2024. My insurance provider confirmed this balance should not be my responsibility and submitted supporting documentation to ******** to prove this. It is now November 2024 and ********* accounting department has given me the run around consistently for the last 6 months with removing the balance from my account. Every time I call, they say my account is still in review/investigation and that I have to wait another ***** business days before calling back with a status update. This has happened to me three times already over the last 6 months. They are not working to resolve my account even though I have submitted all required documentation to them, and this waiting period is unacceptable

Can you refer me to a government agency who has legal authority to handle this type of case?  My credit score took a lift-time to build,  this is not right and I need justice.
