    To whom it may concern,On July 4th 2022 I purchased a Rheem HVAC condenser unit from Nevada Residential Services. I was informed that the unit would have a 10 year parts and 2 year labor warranty. Upon confirming the warranty with the manufacturer I was informed by the manufacturer that the unit is not properly registered in my name and address. I have repeatedly reached out to Nevada Residential Services and Rheem without success. I am hoping that BBB can help me resolve the warranty issue or replace the unit with a new unit with a 10:year parts warranty or refund my monies.     Good Morning,

    In the complaint at question, to register the equipment we had to go through the company Rheem. We called to get this done and they said we had to do it through email. After several emails they would take days to get back to our company and then would require more information after more information to register equipment. We provided everything they needed with still little help to get this done. Rheem is very bad a responding. Finally, everything has now been resolved, equipment is registered under ******'s name. We did send ****** the paperwork to show equipment is registered in his name and I did talk to him and he is now very satisfied.
