    5 Stars – Honest, Professional, and Refreshingly Straightforward
    I can’t thank Nevada Residential Services, LLC enough — especially William H., the technician who came out. After dealing with another company that tried to pressure me into a $15,000 replacement, William gave me exactly what I needed: the truth.
    He ran a full diagnostic, showed me the pressure readings, and explained everything in clear, simple terms. He told me the refrigerant was slightly low — maybe by a pound — and that we may want to top it off in the future. But at this time, the system is working fine. It’s an older unit, but it’s still functioning sufficiently and doesn’t need to be replaced right now.
    No scare tactics. No upsell. Just honest service from someone who knows what he’s doing and respects the customer.
    If you want straight answers, no games, and trustworthy HVAC care — call Nevada Residential Services and ask for William H. He restored my confidence in this industry.

    I had a recent visit by Charlie A. this past Tuesday. He was professional in all aspects of his trade. He performed diagnostic and proceeded to the roof where the unit is located.. He determined that the system had an overheated blower motor. This was possibly due to a dirty filter. Given the age, the issue was possibly normal wear and tear. He corrected the issue in record time. Kudos to Charlie and his employers.
