    I called this ** for assistance with a tow. After an hour and a half I received a call from a tow ** where he informed me he would not be able to do the tow. Called back Sunrise and was informed it would be another hour at least. Asked to cancel the service and was informed I would NOT be charged. Called my credit card ** to inform them of this issue and they could not do anything unless the transaction was posted. Two days later I was charged for the service I DID NOT GET. Called credit card ** to dispute the charge and they said I need an invoice. Have called Sunrise multiple times to be told a Manager would call me back but, that has not yet happened.

    On 11-22-22 (Saturday) my car started to overheat. I pulled to side of road and turned car off. Radiator was leaking. 12:48 PM I called Sunrise Road Services. I asked how long the wait was for a tow. The gentleman said it was a 40 to 45 min wait. I don't remember if I gave my credit card # right then, or if I did it through Email. Anyway, 4:45pm was my last call to them to cancel. I was mislead into believing the wait time was 40 to 45 minutes. Almost 4 hours later and still no tow. I made several phone calls to them and was always given the run around. "Driver is stuck in traffic. Give him some more time." "Driver is 15 min away, he'll be there shortly." The last run around I got was "the tow truck broke down. It'll be another hour before we can get another truck to you." This is when I canceled. I had waited 4 hours after being told 40 to 45 minute wait. Their service was never used I ended up calling a different tow company and waited 20 min for their prompt service.

    On May 16th 2022 I was broken down on I-70, having a terrible time finding a tow. I called their # ************ which I found on line. They said they could get someone out to help. They then informed me it would be $850.00. I had been sitting on the side of the road for many hours and was willing to pay. Now this company is based out of ********* **, the subcontract to local tow services all over the **. Now hours later they never showed up. In the mean time another service did at 2:00 am (we had been sitting there since 4:30pm) Now I find out they went ahead and charged me the $850.00 even though they did NOTHING! I have called the company 10 times only for them to tell me they have no record of my phone # for service on that date. They then asked me to prove I had been charged, so I emailed them a copy of my bank statement clearly showing that I had. The owner's name is ******. Now they won't ************* and plan to keep my $850.00. They need to be put to a stop! How dare they do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    On November 4th 2022, my car's flex pipe rusted off and I was in need of towing in ******* on my way to **********. I called AAA for towing which eventually lead to them telling me that I would have to secure my own towing and then file for reimbursement and them suggesting Sunrise Towing (Sunrise Road Services). I will take responsibility for not trusting my discernment but I gave Sunrise my card info because I trusted AAA over my doubt of the company. I was given a chance to back out because of supposed policy of Sunrise Road Services'. They have an authorization form that MUST be filled out before money is taken out or dispatch can be made, according to the policy. I received two texts that suggested this: 1. "Hi ******* this is ****** with the Towing and Roadside Assistance you reached out for, I would just like to remind you to fill out the authorization form with the correct information of $398 payment total amount and dont forget to attach a valid id/drivers license along with the form. Please be minded that we cannot dispatch a driver until the form is sent back to us. Thanks!" 2."Hi ***************************,https://Sunriseroadservice.com/form-usa/53?ctoken=MTM2OThfMjdffHw=Please click on the link above to fill out the authorization form. Do not forget to upload your drivers license or ID that matches the card you are using for payment. We can not dispatch our driver until the form is filled out and submitted to us correctly. Thank You"After not filling out the form ignoring confirmation from them and getting towing from AAA NOT Sunrise Road Services, I discovered the charge of 398 dollars from Sunrise and subsequently called them to correct this only to be put in a dead loop of waiting for their call, not allowed to speak to management and eventually blocked by all their numbers.

    I called this company because I was stranded at a grocery store due to my vehicles gas tank being vandalized and i needed a tow .about 30 minutes after they told me a driver would be there no one showed and when i called they kept telling mey driver is there and i asked what the tow company name and driver information.they replied we cannot give out that information.so they asked if I wanted to cancel and i said no but they insested that the call will be cancelled due to no driver information. I asked for a refund to pay another local company and asked to speak to a manager.when the manger got on the phone it sounded like a recording.
