I tried a 5 day trial on the evening of the 6/19/23 and was charged for a full monthly subscription before the trial ended. Customer support is only available on weekdays and there is no option to cancel or try and resolve issues through the website. This does not strike me as an ethical business practice. SINCE 2019 I have been contacting ******* to remove my information, nobody has responded or acknowledged me. I have been attempting to cancel my account with them. I have called multiple times to just be hung up on. I have been calling within business hours. There is no option to cancel online. Persopo charges **** for public records, these records were useless and inaccurate.They provide a email support. persopo.com on their website which no one responds to even a request for cancellation. Minutes after I received their useless reports, I emailed and asked my account be cancelled. They continued to charge my credit card for ***** for Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec 2022. I finally called the rudest customer rep on Dec 22, 2022 she credited only a month, insisted I was responsible to call to cancel although they provide an email . She said they dont use that email. I want a full refund back for Sept, Oct, Nov she said she would only give me Dec since its my responsibility. I never used the account after 1 report since their reports were useless.Business Response

On Sept 17, 2017 I demanded Persopo.com to remove my information. They did not comply and placed my information again on their website. To my horror my address and information is still being sold.I am a public figure but also have an LA superior court order that keeps my and my young childs address confidential due to a stalker and Persopo.com is putting my family at risk for harm by unethical data selling practices, refusing to respond and permanently remove my information and causing me distress through unethical gaslighting when I have made courtesy phone calls to have my information removed. I am requesting that Persopo.com immediately remove any and all traces of my name and stop linking me to family and putting them at risk. There should be ZERO reference to my name on their site. As many others comments... I have been a victim of this criminal company who refuses to remove my personal information. I've asked over the course of several months with proof such as screenshots, dates, email receipts etc and their website continues to show all my personal information. I'm in the process of looking for a reputable attorney to *** the h*** out of this company seeing how i am not the only victim. These types of company are criminal and should be held liable. Over the course of months and my information continues to show despite their fine print about allowing 20 business days. Multiple attempts spanning months have been made. Each ticket is corresponded with a request and their email specifically states to reply to that said email and each time i responded. You can see this has been an ongoing criminal act on persopo not removing information despite countless emails and request and following their directions.

Cancelled this ***** subscription multiple months in a row and even reported to my bank but still having monthly charges come through as recent as today. Company has stated they stop subscription but they dont. More than 4 months and waitingBusiness Response

We went ahead and issued a refund for the last 3 charges. You were last billed 11/22/2022, you called that same day after the charge was taken to have you account canceled. We did not receive a request for cancellation before then. You will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days from today (12/1/2022). You will receive an email confirming.
