    The company will not process Opt-Out requests. I opened multiple tickets with support over the last 8 months with no response. I called the number and they said they could not process requests over the phone just via email. The company will not respond to support emails for opt-outs!

    This website is revealing very sensitive personal information about me online and I have tried to opt out from their files several times without any success. I please want to be removed from their files and my private information to remain private. Thank you

    I have submitted numerous requests over the course of at least a year for Persopo to remove my personal information including my home address and my information is still on their website to this day. I even called their customer support number and the staff were extremely rude and said is nothing they can do and told me to submit the request via email which I already have been doing multiple times for over the course of at least a year. I got ONE reply from someone named Monica via email to request # ****** stating my information removal had been completed but it was a lie. My personal information is still on their website today. They are putting numerous people's safety at risk by refusing to remove personal information from their website and posting people's home address for stalkers to access.

    I sent an email to the website persopo.com to opt out and remove my personal information. I followed the opt out instruction listed on the website. I received back an email response stating they will removed my personal information in 10 - 20 business days. Assigned was Ticket ID# (******). After 20+ business days my information was not removed. I called the number listed and the person that answered the phone was less than helpful but did say they could not help me and I needed to contact them via email. I have followed their instructions and my personal information is still listed. This is not the first time I've tried to remove my personal information. Attached is screenshots of the email I sent on June 26, 2022.

    I've already followed their "opt out" procedures. The problem is they are not following their "opt out" procedures. I've submitted a request with all the necessary info and waited more than their suggested time frame. They just don't want to remove the posting. VERY SHADY WEBSITE. The state of Nevada or Congress needs to shut these data harvesters down!

    Persopo has published my personal informaiton on their website. My personal information is endangering and putting my life at risk. Stalkers can obtain my personal information through persopo website. I request persopo delete my information from their website. I have also submitted removal request more than 45 days ago on *******@persopo.com but persopo has NOT responded to my email neither persopo deleted my personal information from their website.
