    They charge you for a background check every month that I got for free on another site for free.actually got more info on the free site than on there's,then try to cancel what a joke. You guys should be a shamed of your business. Not cool to treat people better and quit ripping people off

    I have been reaching out to them since January 22 to remove my information from the site and they refuse to do so. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and the federal trade commission

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I canceled my subscription a week after doing it because the information provided was useless and did not contain information that I knew should have shown up. I did not request a refund of the initial charge at the time of cancellation. I was billed again and called to dispute the charge and get a refund. I was told that I never cancelled (which was not true) and they would issue me a “courtesy” credit. The representive was extremely rude. I never received a confirmation on the refund (which I was told that I would) so called again. The new representative was also extremely rude and basically called me a liar then indicated the refund was being processed. We will see if I receive the refund or not…. Seems unlikely based on the extremely difficult conversations I have had with this company.

    I SIGNED A ONE MONTH MEMBERSHIP TO LOOK UP ONE PERSON. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON, BUT ALL PHONE NUMBERS INVOLVE PRE-RECORDED MESSAGES WITH NO ABILITY TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY

    I have made requests several times to remove my information, only to be ignored by this "company". They are low life scammers - aggregating everyone's data without consent and won't do the right thing and abide by a customers request to opt out. Since Persopo's mission is to aggregate OUR data and make money off OUR privacy concerns, then I think it's only fair to aggregate theirs and put it out there. Ive built up a nice dossier on the owners of Persospo aka SCMA Holdings (anagram for SCAM HOLDINGS) along with their real estate transactions, cars they own, shell companies, associates, PPP loans and charitable organizations (not a 503c either). Persopo: address all of the unresolved requests, including mine in your queue and I will do the same, otherwise I will start with the AG in Nevada, IRS, FTC and other alphabet orgs. QUIT RESPONDING WITH "GIVE ME YOUR TICKET #" just do it.

    I've emailed Persopo several times within this year to remove my information from their website and I fill out the opt out page I get an automated email with the tickets number and they will get to me in a few weeks. My information is still there I want that information removed or I have to seek legal action against this company
