  I bought a vehicle report for a Truck I am interested in purchasing from this company. While reviewing the report I noticed that it incorrectly identified the truck as having a Diesel engine, when if fact, it has a gas engine. Because of this error, and in fact that there is no service history in the report, I was forced to order a report from CarFax, which cost me $45.00. Not only did the Carfax correctly identify the truck as a gas engine, but it also showed that the truck had a damage report on it. The original report I purchased from VinCheckUp shows the truck as accident free. Due to the facts stated here, I am asking for a full refund from VinCheckUp immediately.

  Also, after referencing this account username ******************* in our database, it appears that the order the customer is referring to is actually for a bundle which includes multiple VHR report credits. It was not for a single report as the complaint. In fact, this user still has a current account which she has been used up to the current day. The last time the account was used was on: 06-26-2024 03:00:54 to generate a report on VIN ***************** Dodge Ram construction vehicle.
