    I saw a add for a "free book", upon entering my information, I read that it put you on a subscription to be charged, I **IMMEDIATELY** unsubscribed from their mailings, however the next morning, I have 2 emails from the company wanting to sell me stuff.Since I unsubscribed, I should NOT receive any further mailings, I need my email removed from their list and any list they may have sold/given my information to.Furthermore, any further emails, the company agrees to pay me a $1000 per email for my time and effort for "spam removal" from my servers.Just to make it ******* clear, DO NOT EMAIL ME, or contact me by any means other than through the BBB website.This is to be done IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours of this complaint)I will accept NO other response than stated above.

    I received an email from this company offering me a mini blender for free just pay the shipping of $7.97 which I did with my credit card on 9/16/22. I received the little blender and didn't give it a second thought until my credit card bill came in and I noticed these charges of $59.96, $39.93, $76.87, and $39.93. I began to do a little research on this and I found that these charges were coming from this company, using various names. I noticed that they kept sending me emails saying "Credit processed" for certain items that I knew I hadn't ordered so I just assumed they were trying to get me to order something else and ignored it. When I read the complaints I realized that these people were just running scams on innocent people and using our credit cards to get money from us by charging our cards for items we did not order. I , in no way, signed up for this. I am a former officer of the court system in my area and I know that this is fraudulent what they are doing to unsuspecting citizens and doing it in the name of a Patriot which is shameful. I will be contacting my credit card company and I would request that this company refund my credit card for the amounts listed above. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter and I hope that people read these complaints before they order from this business.

    I paid for something I never received and called them but they denied any involvement but continue to try to charge me.

    The emails you received was to inform you that you were added to our email list. The other emails are receipts for the sportcam that you purchased through an affiliate. Our company does not sell a sports cam. When you clicked on the link to purchase the sports cam, you were redirected to an affiliate website to make the purchase. We do not have access to other companies databases so we can resolve this issue for you. Please check who the charge is from on your credit card statement and reach out to them for any refunds or issues.

Regardless of from whom the purchase was made the email I responded to was sent to me by the patriots. I hold the patriots responsible for directing me to and encouraging me to make the deal.

I am deeply offended that they call themselves the patriots. The real patriots took responsibility for their actions and were honorable men.

    I was told I had won a BRITECORE WIFI VIDEO BULB. I clicked on the link and was told all i needed to do was pay shipping and handling and the bulb would be shipped to me. A few days later I checked my bank statement and saw that on9/30/22 a company called MONUMENTALGARDENINGSOL had withdrawn $7.97. I assumed that was for S/H charges so no problem. However, on 10/4/22 I had a withdrawal of $68.76 by this company MONUMENTALGARDENINGSOL that I had not authorized. I contacted The Patriot Wholesale Club but have received no response from them. I am really disappointed that this company promoted this.

     I am rejecting this response because: I feel that if this business was really interested in my concern, they would have provided complete information for the company. I am not going to waste BBB time nor my own with this untrustworth company and I will never trust Patriot Wholesale Club again. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. They also never responded to me until BBB became involved. I will take the hit to my bank account but I will let my friends know not to have trust in The Patriot Wholesale Club.

    On October 5th 2022 I purchased a $13 sleeping bag online from this business. They charged my credit card $93. During the checkout process, the website offered me significant savings to purchase bulk products from them. I declined to purchase any additional products but they overcharged me nonetheless. I have been exploited by this company before when I purchased a survival knife and they did the same thing to me. I was not able to find any phone number to contact them until I found it on the Better Business bureau complaint page. I surmise that they will give me a refund but it is going to take one month. They generate a substantial amount of money by fraudulently charging our accounts and keeping the money for one month until I am reimbursed. I should have known better but the business name is different now. The first time they exploited me, the company name was 4 patriots. Now it is called Patriot Wholesale giving the impression that it is a different business.

    I responded to an email to get a free dash cam only **** shipping. Later I received a sport camera that I did not order. I received my charge card bill and was charged 11**** for the one and ****** for the other. Nothing was said in the email about subscribing to auto shipments. I want my money back!

    I received an email from "The Patriots" ********************************* Patriot Brands LLC ***********************************************************************. The email stated "Please go before it's too late and claim your Hand Crank Flashlight. This retails for well over USD *****... but only today its free." I still have the email. I had to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling. On 9/8/22 my credit card showed a charge of $7.95 from GENERALFIREPLACETHELAT ********** VA. I expected that charge. I did not expect the charge on 9/15/22 in the amount of $68.89 from GENERALFIREPLACETHELAT ********** VA. I called ********** and asked ***** (Employee ID ***** what the charge was for. She informed me I signed the terms which stated if I do not cancel within 2 days I will be charged a membership fee of $68.89 per month. She stated I would receive a voucher for credit of $125.00. I requested a refund and told her is was wrong and misleading. She offered me a 50% discount if I agree not to pursue BBB, FTC, *********************** , Consumer Affair and anyone else I can find. I did not accept the 50% refund. I am requesting a refund of what I was charged on 9/15/22 from GENERALFIREPLACETHELAT ********** VA in the amount of $68.89. I cancelled my membership to ************************ confirmation code KC021.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The email which I attached to this complaint, in which I purchased the FREE flashlight, was sent to me from ********************************.  On that email which I attached to this complaint is an "About **" description that states "Welcome to PatriotWholesaleClub.com.  No other name is listed in the "About **" description.  The last line in the email states the email was sent from support@ patriotwholesaleclub.com with a copyright symbol PatriotWholesaleClub.com - Patriot Brands LLC *****************************************************************************; If needed, I have a copy of my credit card statement which listed "GeneralFirePlaceTheLat ********** VA" for both charges $7.95 and $68.89 on 9/8/22 and 9/15/22 respectively.  I did call that number and I did request a refund.  I spoke with *****, employee id 0216.  Her best offer was a 50% refund if I did not report this to the authorities.  I did not accept the offer.  I am requesting a full refund for the $68.89.  I knew I was paying for the $7.95 so I am not asking for a refund on the $7.95.

    I was enticed to view the website, Patriot Wholesale Club, because of their low prices and their willingness to ship anywhere in *******. I questioned this policy, but all the time I knew that ** prohibits the sale of stun guns and possesion is a crime. I did not order, nor did I give them my credit card, BUT I may have purchased other items in the past. I disputed this charge with ***** and they gave me a credit for all three charges from them. Then a few months later and with NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBERS I received the same three charges on my NEW CARD. NOW, ***** refuses to discuss this charge and I am out the $140+ . This is outrageous as well as unethical. I just want EVERYONE to know, do not go to this website, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

    I ordered a "free" Bug Blast Repellant Lamp on September 14, 2022 from ThePatriots *********************************** While ordering, I had to decline MANY add-on offers. Once I ordered I received a confirmation for $8.49 from ******************************************** then I received a welcome email to Apex Fitness Family from ********************************** and I really don't know what this was for--no explanation. A short while later I received another confirmation for $7.99 from ******************************************** and I don't know what I was supposed to receive for this, either. Finally, I get a charge on my debit debit card for $68.49 from a company called Homestylestadium, so I look them up online and call the number, ************ (email: ***************************************** and they tell me they cannot reverse the charge because I somehow authorized it. They also said I may be charged in the future. After my phone call to Homestylestadium, they sent me an email from ************************************** with details about a $100 gift card from Optimum Deals Merchandisers. I have attached PNGs of all of the emails below. I hope to be able to recover the $68.49 that was taken from my account. I really feel foolish about falling for this scam and hope this report helps people in the future.

    I ordered a flashlight Baton from Patriot for $7.97 total. Later they charged an extra $76.87. I called and asked they said that i signed for a monthly promotion to pay $76.87 monthky for $125 worth of products. I explained that there was no information about this and I did not authorize this charge. they said that this charge is unrefundable and I can cancel the monthly subcription so i cancelled i want a refund for this unauthorized charge.
