      I purchases a Remi Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro. It malfunctioned and almost caused a fire and destroyed my dental appliance. Remi has been unresponsive to this incident. Poor customer service.

      I no longer need the grind guards and canceled my subscription last September. I received an email confirmation that it was canceled, following by another email stating that they wanted to pause my subscription. I didn’t respond because I’d already received an email that the account was canceled.
      Nine months later I received an email that my subscription was being filled in 8 days. I emailed them to cancel the subscription again, and received a response they understand I wanted to cancel and wanted to know why. I responded. Then received a form letter response stating that they recommended that I pause instead of canceling. I thought it was already canceled based on the previous 3 emails. Next email I received was that my subscription was filled and my PayPal account was charged. Unlike other complaints, I received a refund within 24 hours; however, I had fulfilled the terms of the subscription 2 years ago.
      I received an email that my account was canceled, and later that day received another one (the same form letter I received previously) from their “retention specialist” that they recommended I pause my account and offered me free product with my next order, but I had to let them know how to proceed. In other words, the account wasn’t canceled.
      This is the abbreviated version of events. I’ve sent at least 7 emails in the last 2 weeks trying to get this account closed.
      It used to be a decent mouth guard, not sure if it still is, but it’s definitely not worth this hassle!!!

      WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. I’ve canceled it over and over and month later I get a notification that my card is going to be charged. I would have reorder with them at a later date, but after this. Never again.

      There is NO option to cancel membership / subscription. They will continue to charge your card, even if the card on file is expired. There is zero customer service. No person picks up the phone, ever. The AI software will answer your texts. I reported them to the FTC. Buyer beware.

      This company is a total scam. Do not buy from them!
      I was not happy with the comfort and fit of my guards but unfortunately was passed the 45 day window. I requested to cancel my subscription. I got a reply a few days later asking me to take a video of the guards in my mouth so they could remake them. I told them I didn’t want to take a video and that I just wanted to cancel without a refund. A couple weeks later I got a reminder that my renewal was in a couple of weeks. I wrote in and again asked to cancel. I also pointed out that I had only had the gaurds for about 3 months and not the 6 for the renewal. I got a response back that the date was based off my purchase date and said they moved my renewal date to December. I replied again that I didn’t want a renewal at all, just a cancellation. I did not get a response and followed up 2 more times. I was finally informed my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again, but my account still says my subscription is active and my next order is in December. I reached out via phone and email and have not heard back. I total, I have asked to cancel my subscription at least 7 times this month and have not been accommodated. I have zero confidence that I won’t be charged in December.

      I collaborated with Remi as a content creator and spent over two months producing more than 70 videos—professionally shot and edited—documenting my entire experience with their product. Throughout the process, the communication was consistent and the team seemed supportive. However, once the work was completed and submitted, all communication from their side ceased—especially around the agreed-upon compensation.
      As a working artist and entrepreneur who’s been featured in Forbes, I take my commitments seriously and expect the same professionalism in return. It’s disheartening to invest time, energy, and trust into a brand only to be met with silence when it comes time to deliver their end of the deal.
      If you’re a content creator, influencer, or business professional, I strongly recommend reconsidering any collaboration with Remi until they address this pattern of behavior. A lack of payment and accountability should not be tolerated—especially from companies claiming to support creators.

      Poor Quality Product and Ongoing Subscription Issues
      I really wanted to like Remi, but my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. I ordered their thickest night guard option, but what I received was a thin, flexible piece of plastic—not at all comparable in quality to a professionally made guard from the dentist.
      Worse, the guard had a rough, unfinished edge behind the front teeth that ended up cutting the tip of my tongue during sleep. It also had an unpleasant plastic taste, something I’ve never experienced with dentist-made guards.
      Thinking it might’ve just been a one-off issue, I gave them a second try. But after receiving a nearly identical product, I decided to cancel my subscription. I called customer service and was told my account had been canceled. A few weeks later, however, I was charged again.
      This time I reached out via email. They apologized, refunded the charge, and again confirmed my subscription was canceled. Yet a month later, I got a message from another department asking how I liked my order. When I told them I had canceled, they responded rudely and seemed unaware of the prior communication—until I forwarded them the cancellation confirmation.
      Now, months later, I’ve received yet another email stating my subscription is about to be unpaused and processed again. I logged into my account and discovered that it was never canceled—only paused. There’s no option to fully cancel the account or remove my payment information.
      This company is not worth the hassle. Between the low product quality and the shady, confusing subscription system, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

      Like many others here I have sent many emails over the last 6 months attempting to fully delete my account. I’ve been charged twice- march 2023 and may 2024. I did not use the product or ever successfully create the mouth guards and determined the product was not a good fit for me.
      After emails to customer service RUSSEL in December, April and again in Early May with many back and forth emails, finally ending in Remi Russel saying my account is cancelled I have received yet another email today regarding a shipment?! I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT YOU HAVE TOLD ME ITS CANCELLED AND CLEARLY IT IS NOT. It’s impossible to cancel and this is crazy. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF YOUR CIRCUMSYANCES CHANGE AND THEY TELL YOUVE THEYVE CANCELLED THEY REALLY HAVENT AND WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AND EMAIL YOU ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AFTER TELLING YOU ITS CANCELLED. Ahhhhhhhh beyond frustrating.

      If I could give a less than one star review for this company, I would. I have requested to cancel the subscription three separate times via the process they've outlined on their website. Each time I've been charged I was only able to retrieve my money by disputing the charge via my bank. The customer service has been atrocious and I can't seem to get them to stop charging me every six month. Do not do business with this company. Once you provide your credit card information all bets are off as to whether your agency will be respected in how it is used. The product is not worth this hassle and disrespect.
