      I placed an order in January using a code from one of my favorite podcasts. Almost 2 months later, I realized I’d never received my order. I reached out to Remi and it still took 2 weeks to get my order of a mouthguard kit, but my sanitizing cleaner, whitener and sanitizing machine weren’t with the order. I realized earlier this month that I hadn’t gotten the rest of my order and sent an email just requesting a refund of everything. I was told I needed to pay to have it shipped back. THEN, a few days later, I received my sanitizing machine…still no cleaner or whitener…and now with 2 things to pay for to return on my dime because my order still hasn’t been fulfilled. So between us moving and my BIL fighting pancreatic cancer, I put this issue on the back burner until I have a minute to fight it or take it to the USPS to ship back. So today, I got an email that stated my NEXT shipment of cleaner and whitener is on hold because my payment isn’t going through. I never even got my first shipment…and I don’t have to regurgitate everything I’ve already said.
      Needless to say, this has been a pure nightmare and now I’m out a couple hundred. I don’t have time to chase their tails. I would never recommend Remi and have contacted the podcast so they know that Remi is not a great sponsor that they should be standing behind.

      Thanks to my new well fitted mouthguards from Remi I have no more headaches and jaw aches in the morning! The whole process from ordering, delivery, and impression making at home went smoothly. Remi provided timely helpful support every step of the way. Im delighted with my thin, flexible, and easy to clean mouthguards.

      Just what I needed I have tried over the counter mouthguards and they just didn't work. They were big and bulky. The dentist was too pricey. I decided to go with Remi and the whole process was easy and I've had no issues. Definitely worth the purchase.

      Excellent customer service. I didnt take good impressions the first time so my retainer didnt fit right. Their satisfaction guarantee is amazing and they sent me another kit and a very extensive and personalized demonstration video on how to make sure to get the best impression. Just received my new set of retainers and theyre perfect! So much cheaper than doing this through my orthodontist!

      ******** customer service! The website tells me it wont accept my payment. I had to call to find out the system has my old payment on their side, but already updated on my side. For the last month, they have been telling me to update my payment and I continue to send screenshots and tell them that I already have and I cant update something that is already updated on my side. They keep saying they will escalate the issue, but never return calls or process my order. Their number also says they are being reached outside of business hours, even though the message says they are supposed to be open.
