      Similar to others, I ordered early ***** was sent the impressions kit quickly and returned it quickly. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a two week turnaround has turned into me still not receiving the product. After a few weeks I inquired about my ordered via email as that is the only option to communicate. They stated they had experienced delays and it would be mailed soon. A week later I inquired again on the status (1 month since they received impressions. They stated they were relocating and experiencing delays. Although I understand, since when does a company problem become my problem? So I kindly requested a refund and I was told the items would be sent in 5-7 business days. Ummm that's not what I requested. Needless to say a month has passed since that email was sent and I still have No product or refund! I'd rather continue using the cheap ******* guards then deal with this company. If I request a refund give me my money back. We've all paid way too much money (over $100) for this product to be treated so poorly. I'm glad I didn't sign up for the membership. They can also never expect me to be returning customer. I do not support businesses with poor customer service which is what I've received.

      Worst business Ive ever purchased from. After weeks of begging for my guards I demanded expedited shipping. They did not complete this so I asked for them to cancel my order. They refused, charged me for the order and surprise surprise I never got it. Such a shame they are the first company that pops up when looking for a night guard subscription. I will fight with them until Im blocked.

      This company is not good. It took an extra long time to get my mouth guards and they don't fit. I have not heard from customer service yet.....

      0 stars. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and hold it indefinitely and will send you your product randomly if you’re lucky enough to get it. They will lock you out of your account. Not let you cancel. Change your order renewal dates etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. you will be burned. They have a million stories and excuses.

      Ordered a Remi custom Nightguard in January. Its May and they still havent fulfilled my order for properly fitted nightguards. Every time I request an update, their response is were a small business, it will be an additional 1-2 weeks for development. The company is a scam and their customer service is a joke. Also, they dont follow ************************ laws. Save your money and your sanity and dont order from a company that isnt legitimate.

      I placed my original order and the process went very smoothly. However, all my communication and experience after that has been absolutely horrific. I asked customer service to send me an impression kit with my renewal because I wasnt happy with the way my top guards were fitting. They told me that was fine and placed my renewal order. I waited 4 weeks and instead of sending me an impression kit, they sent me 2 more bottom guards. I have now emailed FOUR time asking where my impression kit is and they just keep giving me excuse after excuse. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING. Awful company to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone!

      absolute scam of a company! placed my order on march 29th and still havent gotten a thing despite a same day email saying it shipped! i emailed them april ********************************************** know and its now april 25th and still nothing! *** tried calling their phone number numerous times but despite it being their working hours no one is ever a avail e and it always goes to voicemail, its impossible to speak to an actual person! i finally left a voicemail asking for a refund and im about to email the same before disputing with my bank if they dont follow up.

      I need a night mouthguard due to grinding. I was on the fence about Remi as it is much more expensive than the ones at the drug store, but my *********** Shopping browser add-on had a code where you could get the initial set and fitting for free but it signs you up for a bi-annual subscription. That seemed like a fair compromise for me to agree to future purchases, as I already have several other products that I get monthly via subscription (it just makes life easier).Well, sorry to say folks, it was a bait and switch. I contacted them when the product still had not been mailed after 6 days. They took 3 days to reply, and their excuse was that the code I used is invalid. Not cool. It should have been rejected during the order process if it is invalid. Bad customer service. I'm *********** now before I became a long-term customer. I'll be looking for what I need elsewhere.

      Remi's products are terrible, and their website design makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. I was in contact with customer support many times about canceling my subscription, and requesting my initial payment back because the products are so bad. Their advertisements claim you can get your money back within 30 days, but that is a lie. Now I'm getting notifications that my subscription will renew in 5 days (new charges to my account) and there is no way to cancel subscription, delete my payment information, or update anything really.

      When I first placed my order for the impression kit, the turnaround time I saw was *************************** advertising and two weeks "due to Covid" per their website. This was very acceptable to me. The process for capturing and returning the impressions seemed efficient and high-quality.After I returned the impressions, I noticed that it took them several days after receiving them to acknowledge receipt. The form email acknowledging receipt said that they were experiencing "slight delays".Unfortunately, "slight delays" have turned into many weeks with no communication or ETA. I have reached out to Remi twice in the past month to cancel and was told they could not as it was "in production". They are not willing to provide even an ETA.This has gone on so long that I ordered and received another product elsewhere already.
