      In my experience, Remi makes terrible quality products. My mouthguard cracked before the three month guarantee and their offer was to mail a new guard, which I of course had to pay for. Twice those guards did not fit. They wanted to send me a new impression kit (which again I would have to pay for) but by then I was completely fed up with the company. I'm at the point where I just want my money back. Further, it takes at least three business days to get a response from customer service.
