I have been ordering from Wholesale vape for at least a year with no problems. I usually recieve vapes within a week and this last time it took over 2 weeks. I tried to contact them with no respose. I just did a 200+ order and didnt recieve 5 items. I have tried calling numerous times and left messages. I have emailed them with no response. I'm almost positive nobody answers that phone or email. They sent an itemized list of what they sent and it even showed they sent 1 outta 4. I am still waiting on 3. They said they refunded me for 1 and never received that money. I am bummed cause I really liked doing business with this company and have sent like 15 people to them. They were always pretty fast and honest! I think where they get mixed up and start scamming people is when they send multiple packages when it should all come in one. All I want is for them to send me what they owe or refund my bank account. I want them to make this right. Order# **** ***** was returned in original packing using their authorized return/address label (attached), and tracking showed delivery Aug. 5 (attached.).On Sept 2 I received an email that stated:: "Our team has processed your refund. Please allow 3-7 business days to reflect it on your account.:"As of Oct.4 the refund has not appeared on my credit card account.This complaint seeks receiving the authorized refund of $67.61 as a credit to my account.If I were to detail the innumerable emails and telephone calls at each step of the way in this saga this complaint would become a book. On 9/14/2024 I ordered almost 200$ worth of merchandise from this vendor. I received some of my items in the mail but when almost half of the order didnt ship, I tried to reach out to the company. I tried calling but the phone number never transfers you to a person. You are redirected to a recording that tells you to email the company for faster service. I have emailed the company 3 times in the past week and havent heard anything. I requested a refund and if not a refund than just an explanation on if and when the items would be shipped- if they were just late. Now Im out of almost 100$ with no explanation and no one to help me resolve my issues!Business Response

I placed an order with Vape Wholesale USA on 8/29/2024. They asked for my drivers ID and the last four digits of my debit card to verify my order. My order sat untouched for a week before I was finally able to get in contact with them where they directly stated they hadnt checked their email for me response and made me send my ID and card number again. Now another two weeks later they still have not done anything for my order, refuse to contact me or pick up the phone. I have effectively had more than $200 stolen from me and I refuse to back down with out getting a refund from them and their joke of a business.Business Response

On September 2, I placed a $98 order. I received an email that on September 6 that it was shipped and delivered. The ***************** said they had put the package in my mailbox. There has been no package. I have tried to call them numerous times a day. I have texted them three times to the number they provided on their website that I could text them. I paid $169.86 for an order that was canceled. I was told I was going to get a refund. However I never received said refund. They told me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank venmo. That's how they requested payment. I sent a screenshot of the venmo address they sent me. ***** told me it should have been canceled in real time and my money would have been issued immediately back. This company requires identity verification of first time purchasers, which is fine, but they charge your credit card and never notify you that they require additional ID verification unless YOU contact them to inquire about your missing shipment. I have no assurance that this order will not stay "being processed" in perpetuity while they have already been PAID.
They committed a fraudulent act, taking payment with no delivery of services.
