    2/10 I paid the additional fee of 75 deposit via my credit card. Next am on 11th my credit card was charged without permission or notice. I was notice when my card denied and researched new pioneer ******** charged my card and wont accommodate for there mistake and simply stated a hold is refunded after my stay 3-5 days

    If we were aware of the hold of the $75 Authorization still being held, we would have been happy to release it immediately. The hold has been released yesterday March 15th. 

    Attached is the copy of the receipt. If we tried charging her card it would have been due to our error of a refund of $21.86 that was refunded to her card by mistake. We were just trying to even out the refund done. We tried to explain to ********************* on the issue of our error, but she wouldn't understand and let us explain what had happened. Since it was our mistake, we didn't try charging the refund we accidentally refunded to her card. We accepted it was our mistake. We never charged her card for the $21.86 that was accidentally refund.
