    If I could give them 0, I surely would. The pillows were the worst we have tried to sleep on. No coffee in the room. No iron and ironing board either. And not a hair dyer in the entire hotel. No restaurant cooking fresh food, only microwaved or convection over if you are luck. And surprise......No water in the pool. Very nice picture of it on their website under entertainment and if you took the picture for face value, you'd never know it was closed. Now mind you, our trip was in June and this is in the Mohave Desert!!!! Priceline who I booked through shows a wonderful pool picture on their web site with no mention of it being closed. We left the next morning without a refund for an additional 3 nites.

    I was rudely awaken at 930 am and was told I had to leave the property and I was not allowed back. I kept asking why and was told nothing. I go and check my credit card balance and they had taken 125 dollars out of my account. I called and asked why I wasn't allowed there and why I was being charged that money. I was told I stole two sheets and 4 pillow cases. I told the operator that I didn't steal that housekeeping never gave me the full sets and that I had contacted them three times about this matter. The manager has yet to call me back and help me resolve this issue

    dirty room had to change not much better/no hair dryer as advertised, no working ice machines had to get ice at front desk that were so small you need 4 or more to make a bag. The first room had a hair dryer but when we moved to a cleaner room there was none called front desk they said they had none in the hotel, I said the dirty room had one can you not get that one "NO way" she said. I paid $160 for 2 nights NEVER AGAIN
