MEDICWEST ambulance service was used (not by my choice) on a 911 call on August 25, 2021. I was transported to ***************** Trip #***-21225684-01 My insurance at the time, Cigna, paid MEDICWEST two payments (one in September, 2021 and another in October, 2021 a negotiated amount totaling $1,005.36). I was notified that MEDICWEST was paid in full and closed out by my insurance.I received a bill from MEDICWEST dated March 19, 2023 for a additional $422.63. OVER A YEAR AND HALF LATER!!!! Bill ID: *************** I also received a letter in early March of 2023 that is undated by MEDICWEST, and with no contact information or phone number (even though it states that calls are monitored and recorded..?). Stating generically that there was a appeal (with NO information). I really don't care about their internal appeal process when I was never notified there were any issues - ever. Only a bill that arrived randomly after they were paid by my insurance.... 1-1/2 years ago!! I am attaching the letter and the bill they sent.I DO NOT have the funds to pay for this, I do not have insurance currently and I find it extremely disingenuous to try and collect money so long after this was closed out with my insurance, Cigna. MEDICWEST basically is denying they negotiated with ***** for the $1,005.36 that was paid to them less than 45 days from the time of service. Can you please help me get MEDICWEST to zero out this and not try to charge me? My old insurance, *****, appealed in-house 3 times and will not continue fighting for me (I don't have them anymore, so there is no incentive for them any longer. They consider it a closed deal from back in 2021 and don't care that I am getting an additional bill 1-1/2 years later.)NRS statuses or some law MUST have a time frame of when a business can randomly try and bill for services from nearly 2 years ago. Please help!!

This company continues to bill my insurance company United Healthcare after me contacting them numerous times to explain this is not my claim. I do not live in *********, I live in *********. I have never used their ambulance service ever! I have never received a bill, so evidently they are sending the bill to the right person that has the same name as myself but billing my insurance. I have reached out to this company several times and explained that this claim #DQ63597172 is not ours and United Healthcare has reached out to them and redacted the claim yet they continue to bill. Last time I called the rep said she corrected it and even told me the address that the patient that they actually picked up was in *********. I do not have a bill because they are sending the bill to the address in ********* not mine in TN. so Im providing proof where they are billing my insurance. I dont want a bill on my credit report showing not paid when its not my bill!! ***********************

Once again I need to file a claim with the health insurer United Health One - ****************************** On June 11, 2022 I had to go to the hospital, since that day I called to pass all necessary information to the two companies (United Health One - ***************************** and **********). I called several times to both who informed me that the process was ok. But today, I received a billing email from ********** and a text message saying that I have $1,158.10 to pay until December 9th and that my health plan has deny coverage. So I called United Health One - ***************************** and they told me they have nothing open on June 11th and nothing about **********. I call ********** again and they give me the number ************ saying that United Health One - ***************************** has denied covering the service. As a customer, I stay all day calling both companies to solve something, it should be very easy and I wouldn't have to do anything. I want to resolve this as soon as possible.
