    I received a package containing diet pills. I did visit the site and ordered a free trial, I put in my debit card for the purchase of one bottle. They charged $204.95. When the package arrived I didn't even open it. There were four bottles inside. I immediately printed a label and sent it back. I called them 2 weeks later and asked if they had received it. The agent told me that they got it back on 4/3 and it would take 5-7 business days to receive a refund. Moments ago I placed my 20th phone call and literally, every time that I've called, I've heard that same line. I asked to speak to a supervisor and three days later he called. His response was to wait 30 days for the full refund. The fact that they actually got it back has never been an issue, they always tell me when they got it back. The amount nor the fact that I would get a full refund hasn't been the issue. I paid using a PayPal debit card. I filed a claim with them but I don't have the tracking number so, therefore, all they have is my word. I suggested a three way call and they agreed. I placed the called and had the agent repeat the same thing so that it would be proof. When the call ended, the PayPal agent told me to wait 7 business days and if I hadn't received the refund to call them back and they would step in. They did but closed the case because they needed something like the tracking number or an email, I have requested an email twice and they both agreed but never did it. I'm so frustrated, I've done and tried everything possible but at the end of the day, I have nothing in writing so I'm simply reduced to making more phone calls, I'm sure you could contact PayPal and they'll verify everything. All I can produce for you is another three way call. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.

    I returned the items without opening the package, called them with the return tracking number and they received it on 6/28/2023 and Im still waiting for my $304 refund! I've called them every week since they received the pkg and supposedly it takes 30 days to process the refund, Why should it take 30 to process a refund? Yet, when I placed the order and called immediately to cancel it, they couldn't because it supposedly had shipped. This business is a scam and should be shut down immediately. From the looks of it, I'm not the first it happens to however, it continues to happen.

    On April 23 I ordered gummies from Keto-One. The website is deceptive in the way the pricing is listed. Once I was realized the charge was for a 199 I immediately called to cancel order. I was told they couldn't cancel order but to return product once received. Product was returned on May 2. Since that time I have sent countless emails and called the customer service number for my refund. All they say is the refund was processed and could take **** business days to post to my account. When I call they say someone will look into it and call me. No one has ever called me back. I have spoken with my credit card company twice. No refunds have been processed to the account. It does not take three months for a credit to be processed. In June 11 email they even say they processed the return in multiple transactions, but the supposed amount equals ****** which is more than I originally was charged. It does not make sense. In a july 17 email they say they processed refunds totalling ******. All I want is a refund totalling 199.

    I emailed this company to cancel a monthly subscription. The following month they sent and charged me for another month. I asked for a refund, and they expect me to pay to send the product back, I asked why I should pay for shipping they cited TERMS and CONDITIONS that the customer must pay for return shipping. It was not my mistake, I should not be responsible to pay for shipping. They refuse to refund me. Pics enclosed of the emails asking for cancellation.

    I ordered diet pills from company which should have been one bottle they sent 7 bottles charging me over 300 dollars. I returned the merchandise they received it on June 2 and I have been trying to get a refund. I have called and spoke with 10 different people plus a supervisor and they tell me Ill get the refund in a few days. So far I have not received anything

    Ordered one bottle of product on June 16, 2023. Charged for 2 for $128.00. Spoke to ******* and received a return number for the package to get a refund for my order on June 24, 2023. A month later I am still waiting for my refund. When I called to inquire today during normal business hours a message said no one was there to take my call and for me to call back during normal business hours. I called at 3pm.

    Hello! Well the company responded and said I should have received the refund in 3 to 5 business days which has come and gone. I have had no deposits and I have no pending transactions.  I do not know what to do next. The said the refund was sent like 7 days ago.

    Hello! The company said they refunded my money but they have not, I have contacted my bank repeatedly and there has been no deposit and no pending transactions. I want my $128. I have very little income and I very much need this money back. Please advise.

    I only tried to purchase one bottle of Keton Maxium Weight loss bottle of 60 bills and the billed me for one bottle plus 5 more at $******. I immediately emailed them and was told they do not cancel orders or do returns. I have done some research and several people had the same issue. They automattically got billed ****** too. I am doing a dispute with AMEX. They send the capsules but they are fake.

    On 6/11/23, I ordered 1 bottle of Keto 1 dietary supplement for $39.99 + tax. On the 12th, I see on my bank info that $49.99 twice and $204.97 were charged to Pure Wellness and Earth Shine. In calling, I discover that is the Keto 1. **** told me I had ordered multiple bottles. I did not. She said all but the charge for 1 bottle would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I called back on 6/19 and was told by ***** that my 1 bottle had been delivered on 6/17 (it had not) and my refund would take **** days. I just called back and spoke to ***** who now says all the bottles were delivered on 6/17 (1 bottle was delivered after 6/19) and I had to return them for the refund. She finally said the "relevant" department could help me and didn't transfer me, she hung up. I called back to have ****** say all the things ***** did and that she could send all the bottles back for me to then send back to her for a refund. I pointed out how ridiculous that was and she said the "relevant" department would call me back today. Ketolife is the website she gave me. There isn't one. The address on my 1 bottle is this one in *********. I just want my $254.96 back without being given the run around anymore.

I would recommend double-checking the name of the product you purchased and looking at your bank statement.     ************ is the number that I call weekly. They ask for my name and complete mailing address. Then "assure" me that my refund has been sent to the relevant department and I will have it in a few days. The fact that they lie to you is proof to me that it's a complete scam. June 12th-September 26th and not one ***** has been refunded.

    I spoke with **** on 10/13. She told me that my refund was processed on 7/19 and could take up to 30 business days. I told her it was almost 90 days later. She said sometimes they take longer. After she hung up on me, I talked to *****. He said the financial department was running behind and I should have my $59 in 5-7 business days. Strange how the amount has changed. They ALWAYS  find me in the system. Just not when you call. Isn't that strange?

    Everytime I call (every Friday from now on), they pull up my information. They tell me who I spoke with on what day and continue to apologize for the refund not being issued yet. They always "assure" me that it will be just a few more days. On October 27th, I got an email stating that my $197 would be refunded in 3-5 business days. The amount is a mystery and I seriously doubt that I will receive a dime. I began asking for the money that was stolen from my account on June 12, 2023.

    I was looking through an advertisement for ACV Keto gummies. As I was moving through the site, I reached a screen which said "wait your order is not complete....I then received a notification fro my credit card charging me $204.00. I called my credit card company and lodged a complaint as I didn't conclude the order. Nor did I receive a confirmation order number or email. I then called the company and explained that I never completed the order and to cancel the order. They informed me that I couldn't do anything until I received the items(s). I ended up receiving 5 bottles of gummies. I followed their steps to return the items and received my refund. Exactly 1 month later, I received a charge on my credit card from a company Puresellnesssource of $59.99. I immediately called my card company and filed a fraudulent use of my card as I never ordered this item. Weeks later I received a bottle of some sort which had the same address as the Keto gummies. I've sent them back to the company I want to make sure that no additional products are mailed out to me.
