    Hello, I received my credit card statement yesterday,June 20th, and when I opened it I found a charge from "Vitacvenetiawoodinc" at phone number ************. I attempted to call but they were closed so I left a voice mail as requested. I called back today, June 21st, and was told the person I was speaking to was a customer service service and not the actual company where the charge originated. The customer service company is Big Brand Prizes. The first person I spoke with, ******* said the charge was from a sweepstakes entry I had made, when I told her I never enter anything on line like that she cancelled my subscription. I told her I wanted the charge from 5/22 on my credit card of $29.97 removed she informed me she could not do that and she was unable to connect me to a supervisor. Then somehow when she put me on hold we were disconnected. I called back and spoke to **** who told me the charge was from a company called Keto Live and that the previous agent had canceled my subscription no I would not receive any further charges. I told him I wanted to get the current charge from 5/22 removed he told me he could not since it was past the 2 day cancelation. They had no information on how I can contact the company who charged me. I never order or have even gone to a website or seen an ad for this product. I am unable to locate a website for Keto Live only Keto Life. I am going to presume that the customer service person meant Life and I heard Live. I did NOT make this charge and I want a refund. I did call Keto Life but they would not even check their records to see if this was the right company. I have not received any product with this or any Keto named item and I NEVER ordered any Keto product.

    The date of transaction was April 20th 2023.I purchased ****** worth of keto gummies for weightlossand energy.I tried the product felt no new energy nor lost a pound.I called the company I was informed I would have to pay for the *** which I did thru *** tracking number 1Z250X120373027290 thwy receivedthe package on May15,2023 @ 11:07 am by ***** I know this because I work for *** which is why I shipped there so I could make sure I could follow the tracking .After speaking to them approximately 10 times they then sent another package they tried to bully me into keeping "for 1/2 price" I had already refused the package from the ***** They have also received that I have not found a new charge. I just want my money back!!

    Someone in my home took my credit card and order 5 bottles of Keto pills without my permission. I contacted **** several times and called them to cancel this order. They made no attempt to cancel ,instead they said try 3 bottles ,I said No ,just cancel the shipment. Today they said order has been shipped. Call them at ************** I am a senior citizen and don't have extra money. Please help me at my money back.$204.95 I just want my money back. Please help me.***********************

    I ordered what I thought was a bottle of kito gummies and when I checked my bank account they charged me $49.99 twice and $207.94. I called them up like what is going on why are you charging me $49.99 twice and $207.94 they said the $207 is for a subscription I said I never agreed to no subscription and I looked on the email and I dont see anything about a subscription. I demanded my money back she kept dropping the price I said no I want a refund just cancel it all. She puts me on hold twice then says to late already processed I have to wait and return the product when it comes to get a refund. So now I have to pay to return something that you know was not shipped yet. They dont ship that fast.

    Order place 5/6/2023 for the amount of $170.07 plus $5 shipping I ordered 2 bottles of Keto gummies and without my permission they added a bottle of Keto cleanser $49.99. I call as soon as I noticed the error and was offered a refund of $24.99 for half the cleanser which I never received. I have made numerous calls without results and keep getting promises that a manager will call That never happened. So since they promised a 100%guaranty I called today to get a full refund and was told they couldnt do it. After a long discussion and no solution Ive decided to report this abuse and lack of respect to their promise. I would appreciate your help in this matter Also I should mention that when I visited the reviews on this company I was amazed at the amount of people with the same or worst problem than mine.     I saw an add for K1 Keto life gummies which was promoting what appeared to be a trial of 5 bottles for $49. I noticed within an hour of purchase that my bank had been drafted for $199.95. This original purchase was made 12/16/22, which was a Friday. I tried calling customer support and it was closed. I emailed customer service that same day 12/16 asking for the order to be canceled and my money returned. I spoke with a human in customer support on 12/17. I was told the order couldn't be canceled but was given a return code (RMA:60889711833432863) and told to return products to: K1 Keto Life **********************************************************************. On 1/17/23 I used **** with tracking (I still have the receipt) and confirmed that my return, of all 5 unopened bottles of gummies were received at this address. I was told to expect ***** business days, from when the return is received at the facility, for a refund to be posted to my account. I never heard anything back, nor received a refund. I reached out to customer support by email on 3/30/23 inquiring about my missing refund. This started a long email exchange with them confirming my products had been sent to the correct ** address and that they said on 4/15 that they had "escalated your concern to our higher management so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Kindly give us a bit more time to resolve this matter". I didn't hear anything back so after 10 days reached out again on 4/25 asking about the status of my refund. They had no new news to report. As of today 4/28 I have not been refunded or received meaningful help from K1 Keto Life customer service. I would like this resolved by receiving my full refund of $199.95.

    I ordered a bottle of Keto gummies falsely advertised as being connected as Shark Tank representation. In addition to the one bottle, the online order site asks if customer wants to order additional products. There was nowhere to respond negatively so I assumed I would be able to cancel them at check out. But no, instead of charging my debit card $39+, approximately $250 was debited. I am embarrassed about this as I thought it was a reputable site.

    I attempted to place an order online with K1 keto. The website continued to take me to other pages, putting other things on the order that I did not want. At the end of the process, I received the message that my order did not go through because of an error. I checked my bank account 10 minutes later and discovered keto 1 had taken $128.03 & $49.99 out of my checking account. I immediately called the company and was told it couldn't refund nor cancel because the shipment had already gone out and was given a *** a number to return the product upon receipt. I went to my bank and filed a complaint and the company returned a partial payment of $83.48 & $5.55.Upon receiving the products on 03/03/23, I took the package to the *********** and returned it with the *** # applied per instructions by the company; unopened, no seals broken, and the same package it was mailed in. As of 03/14/23, I had not received my refund. . I called the company and spoke with **** on March 14th; ******* on March 17th; ***** on March 23rd and the 27th. Each one stated I would receive my refund within a few days. As of today, I still have not received my refund.The company has its products and I want my money returned to me, which I feel the company has no intentions of returning. Thank you, **************************

    I was looking at the product online and backed out of the site but they charged me $254.99 anyways! The product I was looking at was supposed to be only $39.99 so they stole my money and now no one will answer when I call for refund!

    On 2/02/23 I purchased, online from their ad, what I thought was advertised as one bottle of Keto gummies for $39.95 wirh one addtioal bottle free. A few minutes later I received online a confirmation from them. Not for what I expected but for 5 bottles for a total of $199.95. I immediately emailed to cancel. This was within 10 minutes of receiving confirmation. A young sounding women, whom I could barely understand with broken english, whom I could barely understand, after explaining to her, telling her Im in my 70s and can't afford that money, I only wanted the one bottle, told me i cant cancel, the order was already SHIPPED ! Within 10 minutes ??? No way.Told me no, nothing they can do. Then ******** Service contacted me, told me after I received the gummies I could keep one bottle, how much did I expect to pay ? I told her ad I saw stated $39.95 for bottle. Was told ok. I could return the 4 bottles afterwards for a refund of $160.00. These were returned on 2/22/23 at a total cost if $19.30, tracking #**********************. Tracking number provided to them as requested. I have niw contacted them twice more requesting my refund. They are of course ignoring me ! They never had any intention of refunding me the $160.00. Now I'm out an additional $19.30, total of $179.30. Not to mention the only thing the gummies really contained was Magnesium. Yes, I realize Im stupid to have fallen for this scam but our granddaughter was being married on 2/25/23 and I was trying to loose 20#. I will email to you all my correspondence . Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. This is nothing short of mail fraud. Sincerely, *******************************. ******************
