This is a scam. They charged my card without authorization and refuse to issue a refund. They sent a product I didn't order and won't issue a refund unless I pay for shipping to return it unopened. This business is deceptive and fraudulent. Supervisors don't return phone calls. I was told I would have a refund in 3 days and now they say I have to pay to return this item I did not order or authorize payment for.Initial Complaint

I paid 300 dollars for their product. The product was *** when the bag arrived at my house. I contacted them and explained the situation. I emailed and have called multiple times. Each time they lie to me and tell me they are going to send me out a second shipment. And this last time she offered to refund me 40 dollars for my troubles/time. On February 13th she (****) assured me that I would have my product in less than a week. As of 2/20 I have not received it nor the partial refund. I ordered this product on November 17th 2022. As of today 2/22/23 I have not received my product nor will they allow me to speak to anyone that will help me above the call center...of which, I've spoken to 4 different people and none of them have sent me the product. In fact, 3 of the 4 have lied to me and gave me the old tracking number when I asked for one.Initial Complaint

i inadvertently choose 5 bottles of the product and didn't know it until my card was charged $200. I called and tried to correct it before the item was sent and was told it was too late. She said to wait until the package come and refuse the package. I did so and now for six weeks I have been unable to get my refund. I have called 5 times once a week each time they tell me I should receive my refund in 5 to 7 business days, I have been getting this same assurance from them since January 3, 2023. I feel that they have no intentions of returning my refund but wish to wear me out until I stop trying.Initial Complaint

I refused the package and returned it at the post office! The post office did not give me a tracking number. The company told me I need a tracking number to get my refund! I have called them several times about this matter! Last time I talked to them they hung up on me! I only ordered 2 bottles and I was supposed to one free! The transaction was 01-21-2023. It was by internet-cell phone. The item advertised for ***** per bottle. I clicked to accept. Then I was asked for all pertinent information and credit card numbers. I put them in. Then the sale stopped and started asking me if I wanted extra items and I hit no two times. The server then said sale is complete but never expressed the item(s) or the amount charged. I called the bank on Saturday morning and found that the company charged me $212. So I called them at the number ************. (They also have an email address: *************************)The support person understood that I didn't want $200 of merchandise and that I had purchased $*****. I told him to cancel. He said he could not but then I told him I would complain. He then promised it was cancelled; giving **** working days. Nothing showed in my acct cue. I received their package and did not open it. I send it back with their specified return number ****************. They did receive back their merchandize by certified ***** I have screen captures and photos and receipts of all of this. They are tricky and duplicitous in sale technics and just plain pushy and dishonest. I even told the support guy I would still buy one bottle for $***** and they can return the rest of my money. He refused and wand to negotiate a $90 + resale. If the ************ desires legitimate sales they need to hire registered US companies and not ******** boil rooms for sale interactions.Initial Complaint

January 4th 2023 made an order for buy 1 get 1 free. Was supposed to be ***** and was charged ****** so I called back that day and told them that ****** had been taken out of my account so they said they would send a new invoice showing the correct amount, which I received a new invoice and was told I would be refunded the difference. It has been 3 weeks and still no refund. I called January 24th and was told that there would be no refund because it was buy 2 get 1 free. I only received 2 bottles not 3. On December 8, 2022 I made an order from this company for a product advertised $39. On December 13 I received a fraud alert from my ********** indicating they had tried to charge my credit card $199.95. I called ***** Fraud and they assured me the charge would not go through but indicated I should call the vendor and cancel the order. I did that on December 13 and was assured the order was cancelled and since the hold had been placed and no money had changed hands all was well. On December 15 another charge for $199.95 DID post on my credit card. I called the vendor again and this time they said it had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. I flagged the transaction with ***** and they are contacting the vendor. During the call they indicated they would reduce the charge to $39 but still not able to assure the original charge would be refunded!!! They gave me an address to return the product (******************************************************************* *****) but I have no confidence returning the product will bring any refund or relief from these folks. 12/05/2022 Per their online ad the offer was to get two free bottles if I purchased three bottles at *****. The shipping was to be free. At checkout they did not provide a summary of the charges so I checked my bank and it showed I was charged $199.95 (***** 5).The offer was misleading and I would like assistance in getting my money refunded. My bank card has been charged and stated I would have to request the refund from the company. I have contacted ******** and have been unsuccessful in getting the charge removed and the order cancelled.This not buyers remorse. I feel I was mislead on the cost and wouldn't have agreed to pay that amount.
