11/21/2022, i was on their web sight and they asked you to spin the wheel to see your discount. i spun the wheel and it said i won a free bottle. please check your email, so i did. i was very up set. by winning 1 free bottle you automatically was charged for 5 more bottles. Nothing on their site said that but their email and my phone call to them said that. I told them to cancel the order and they refused. I call my bank and closed my account and they still sent the product. i am sitting here with their bottles of stuff and they refuse to give me a call tag to return this. What i believe is that is Fraud and this company should be closed.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from K1Keto Life. Once I received the product I decided it was not for me and requested to return the product for a refund per their return policy. The product was unopened and in the original box shipped to me as I did not even open the shipping box. The date of the transaction was 5/27/22 for a total of $199.95. Order #6rPvJMwGaGclzGb6nMng. I requested this to be cancelled on 5/29 and was told it was too late to cancel but could return after I received it. On 5/29 they told me I could return for a refund. 6/6/22 they gave me a RMA #****************. 6/13 package was signed for at K1Keto life by ****. (tracking #1Z72DTE00320010613) Since then I have contacted them 13 times trying to receive a refund of the purchase price. 11/15 they said they could not find the shipment. On 11/8 I received an ad on my phone for K1 Keto Life weight loss product, they would send a free bottle and free shipping. I went to site and thought I ordered the free bottle. Within minutes I received an alert from my **** that an "out of ordinary" charge was trying to post to my account and would I accept the charge. I declined the charge on my phone and called **** to make sure that amount was declined. Then I called Keto and was told the order was cancelled. The next day on 11/9, I received an email at 3:31 that **** was verifying my order for $199.95 and the order was ready for shipment. Again, I went to my **** and a charge was pending - the company used a different name to get the charge accepted on my card. Then I called Keto and asked again for the order to be cancelled, the operator told me the product had been shipped and I must return the product, pay the shipping then after **** receives the product they will start my refund. Keto is lying to me, the transaction is pending on my **** account, **** would not send out product until the charge is out of Pending status. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a call back in 24 to 48 hours. By that time the transaction will have posted and I then must go through lengthy process to get my money back..Initial Complaint

I ordered Keto Life from Think Keto Life as an assist in losing weight. The ad said buy three(3) get two(2) free The three cost ***** a bottle. They charged my credit card ******. I called them back and told them it was but 3 and get two free. They gave me a hard time for two days, but they did refund me ***** do my two free. They told me my product would arrive in two to three days. I waited four days and called them back to tell them I didn't receive my purchase. The said give it two more days. I did and still didn't receive anything. I then asked for my money back. I talked to *************************** he told me I would have to return the product then they would return my money. I told him I can't return what I didn't receive. I then demanded my money back because I didn't receive the package. They then repeated that I had to return the product to get my ****** dollars back. I can't return what I didn't receive. This is the most ridiculous thing thing I have ever heard of. I just want my money back because I didn't receive the product. I shouldn't have to make this complaint. I got no product so give me my money back. That's the end of the story.Initial Complaint

I am seeking credit for $59.05 from Keto. On 8/9 my Chase credit card was charged $199.99. On 8/9 my credit card was charged $60.00. (Keto has no record, from my understanding about the $60.00 charge.On 8/30 I returned all bottles of Keto in 1 package. On 9/6 **** received the bottles of Keto.I have spoken to many people at Keto concerning this subject. I talked to ***** on 9/6 and later to ****************************** said he would take care of this. On 9/15 I received a credit of $60.04. I called again.On 9/21 I received a credit of $139.91.If you add the charges of $199.99 + $60.00 = $259.99 If you total the refund of $60.04 + $139.91 =$199.95.I have sent documents to **** showing I was charged $60.00 on 8/9. Unfortunately, there must be an accounting error by ****. My refund should be $59.05. I am old and do not know how to upload. However, I will send you pictures in another email.Initial Complaint

On July 11, 2022, I placed an order for 1 bottle of Keto and I was supposed to get 4 bottles free. one bottle was *****$. **** went into my account and took ****** dollars out of my account. When I realized what they did I tried to cancel the order. I filed a claim with my bank and they told me they couldnt do anything since it was processed. I contacted **** and they told me I would have to buy the one bottle at ***** and for me to send the four bottles back and they would refund me 159.95$. On August 30, 2022 I sent the bottles back priority 2 days, certified and with a return receipt with tracking. I received the receipt stating it had been received on September 2, 2022. on September 9, 2022 I called and was told that it had not been received yet. I placed random calls over a almost 2 weeks and they kept giving me the run around about them not getting it even tho I had the return receipt. Today on September 29,2022 I finally got them to give me a refund. Of course I had to get a new debit card because of them and they are saying they cant issue the refund tp the new card. My bank says the company has to do it, I just want my 159.99$ I do not know how to get my refund because **** is not willing to transfer money well refund to my new card.Initial Complaint

I WAS MISLEAD ABOUT THE ****** I CONTACTED TO COMPANY THE SAME DAY AND CANCELLED THE ****** HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT WAS STILL SENT TO ME. This company advertises on their website that you can get a bogo offer of one bottle and one free for $60 plus tax. Than they charge the card on file twice that amount. It is unethical. You have call them to get them to fix what they did but it takes one to two weeks to get the refund. I used a the rep-payee account for the purchase for my nephew which is a one way account. In order to get the refund I had to wait for a call back which did not happen so I had to call them back again. I wish I had looked up the reviews prior to making the order.Initial Complaint

August 20, 2022 We called the company as soon as we placed the order. We told them we wanted to cancel our order and take our name from their list. The person ***** told me to expect a refund in **** days but didn't. I called two other times and got a different response both time. Now they are only returning 1/2 my ****** and they cancelled our order. They did that part but didn't refund our money. The order was placed under my husbands name: *********************. The customer contacted customer support on 08/20/2022 @ ******, requesting to cancel after placing the order but the order had already been shipped to them. The customers reason to cancel was stated as "they used the wrong debit/credit card to process the payment." The customer was advised by customer support that the order was already shipped and offered them a 50% discount or to return the order. The call was then disconnected after the customer did not advise of which option they would like to choose. The customer then again contacted customer support on 09/12/2022 @ ******* - At this time the customer stated that they had already opened and used the product received but did not like it and requested a full refund. The customer was advised that we could not refund in full for product that had already been opened and used per company terms and conditions. The customer support representative offered a partial refund of $60.04 in hopes to offer a resolve to the customers request and the refund offer was accepted but the customer. During the phone call the representative issued the refund and confirmed refund amount and processing time with the customer. The customer has not contacted us in regard to the order any other time. We do try to ensure that each customer is fully assisted and satisfied with the outcome of the products and service we provide.
