During my kitchen remodel, I researched luxury appliances and specific like what I read about Zline; therefore, I decided to invest a little more for the "attainable luxury." Unfortunately, the fingerprint-resistant feature is non-existent and when I called Zline to express my concern, I was told there is a difference between fingerprint resistance and fingerprint-proof. I could not believe the response. I cleaned my hands thoroughly and touch the door of the microwave, the single wall oven and the 2 sinks, I purchased, the prints show up immediately. Not worth the extra money if you have to wipe it down every time there is this slightest touch.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Do not purchase anything from ZLINE! We ordered a fridge, a dishwasher and stove. Our fridge arrived with scratches on its side. When we asked for a replacement we were asked if the fridge scratches would be covered by cabinets. In our case it wouldnt by how is that a response? We then got a second fridge delivered to us and it was dented. Do not order from them. They expect you to lift a 350 pound fridge into your home on your own! We did it twice but cant do it a third time. Their advice was to arrange an in house delivery with the delivery company on our own.Im assuming that means we need to pay extra for that. How is that customer service when its their fault both of their fridges arrived damaged? Do not order from them!ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I bought everything from zline 6 peace including the kitchen sink in November 2022, I've been there since the day I installed my dishwasher without being able to use it, it doesn't work at all. I called the customer service, they asked to send video and photos and so far no one has answered me. a lack of respect and consideration for the consumer !!!!!!ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Do not purchase a ZLINE oven. I don't have too much issue with the range, however the oven is useless. It bakes unevenly. The back of the oven gets too hot and half of what your baking *****. The front of the oven is under temp. You also need to double the baking time of anything to get it done, or increase the temperature. It's a guessing game. There isn't an indicator to show the actual oven temperature so you are guessing when preheating. I would have preferred a reliable lower end product than this one. It's pretty. That's it. We have a Bosch microwave that is also a convection oven, and that is what I use most days because my large 36" oven is horrible.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I have had a dual fuel Zline 48 range for 6 months.It is the worst stove possible, at any price.The top burners cannot be regulated to the point of expected function. No low simmering and no flame high enough to quickly boil a pot of water for pasta or to use a wok.The oven makes so much noise with the fan always on that I have bought a cheap oven (that takes space on my counter) that I am quite pleased with in comparison.This stove was a gift. I dared not tell my son how bad this is. He just came for a visit and was shocked.I would never buy a Zline product, and I would certainly discourage anyone from doing it.It is a good-looking, solid piece of useless junk.Dont waste your money. I am a chef. I resent cooking on this. I have no pleasure cooking on this. I am waiting for the requisite time to declare it a disaster and personally take it to the junkyard. Lets call it a personal vendetta.I called to complain to Zline, spoke to a nice woman who was absolutely no help. Adjustment, she said. I tried to get it adjusted. We have a case opened, sent photos and all they requested. This product is terrible. There are propane fumes anytime you use the oven. A batch of cookies takes over an hour instead of ***** minutes. No one responds to emails , we have asked for assistance several times over the past ten days. I have not had an oven to use after spending thousands on this and we will not have one over the holidays. I would strongly encourage not buying this product. You will not have customer service. I bought the ** 30 gas range. 4 weeks later the oven quit working. Now the microwave will not heat, 7 weeks after purchase. I have called numerous times, and got a person once. Now you are told to email them, to which I have gotten no response.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

We desinged our whole kitchen and great room space around the 36 inch ZLINE range we bought with the matching cobalt blue hood. We have been in our house just over 6 months. The range is a real disappointment. It takes nearly an hour to heat up to get close to 400 degrees, and won't ever get there. Never has, never will. It's absurd. Furthermore, the hood instructions were incomplete and should (if they haven't yet been) be changed to indicate that the hood can NOT be mounted according to the instructions, in any home with an 8 foot wall It would have to be closer to 10 feet of ceiling height at the wall to follow the instructions. We have long since had the conversion redone. When we originally reached out to you the oven wouldn't get above 220 or so. It will get almost to 400 now, no higher, and even that takes nearly an hour to accomplish,, So no, this isn't the original issue......And clearly I'm not the only one having this issue with your stoveBrad K.

ZLINE never took this seriously, now we are on our second SAFETY RECALL that had us stop using our oven to prevent possibility of death. They sent someone out to perform the FIRST SAFETY RECALL and now our oven won't heat above about 325 even if set at 450 for 2 hours. Will update if there is any resolution, but I have a feeling there is only one way to get them to care......Review fromKevin g

Bad Customer support We have a problem with our convection oven. It has started making noise when the fan comes on. I assumed it was because the fan had grease on it so I removed the 4 screws that holds the plate over the fan, inspected the fan then removed the nut that holds the fan on and soaked the fan in ********** and replaced then ran the cleaning cycle. This did not fix the issue. I assume the motor is faulty. I sent them a message and they promptly told me I had voided the warranty and offered no other suggestions. We have a zline hood, double oven and drawer microwave....we had an issue with the light on the fan....they sent us a new module which we had to install with a screwdriver and make electrical connections. Somehow this is ok and removing 4 screws and a nut to try to fix an issue voids the warrantee. I asked them if it voided the warranty on the entire oven but I have not received a reply. Could there be an issue with the motor that possibly many people are having hence the "quick to void the warranty"? if I did not touch the oven and contacted support and explained the issue would they have sent out someone to diagnose the issue? Think not.....I assume they would have sent me a new $5 fan for me to replace FIRST before going into possibly replacing the motor, which I told them sounded like it had a bad bearing....****, I am a pretty handy guy. I would have even taken out the stove and replaced the motor myself. Must say..the person that answered my customer service question must not be aware of how powerful reviews are......not sure management would make a bad call like this for something that could have been easily addressed.BTW...in the manual you have to use a screwdriver to replace a light in the oven if it blows.....CAUTION....this might void the warranty. I wouldnt even give it a star. This was a 36 in range. I have had a repair man out 2x. And again my oven does not work. The ***** cant be adjusted and I have to turn on the oven to get the gas burner on top stove to even come on. I should file a lawsuit on Zline for a horrible product. DO NOT BUY A ZLINE PRODUCT..I should have been given a whole new stove for all the defects on this one. The customer service **** was horrible and slow. Very angry customerZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC
